It's in an apartment in a charming Roman villa. The neighbors are the nicest, friendliest people, and it's on a street with lovely small shops, restaurants, and walking distance to the Vatican. The room was great, overlooking the street. Quiet at night and very safe.

There were some glitches with the elevator not working which made for some difficulties on the day I left. But overall the hosts were very forthcoming about it.

The host was very friendly and welcoming. It was easy to contact him when needed and also he provided great recommendations for restaurants in the area. The location of the property is really great! The room was cleaned every day, which was great! Local shops, cafes, underground and the Vatican City in a short walking distance. Also, can’t leave without attention a small cafe opposite the property - the best and incredibly welcoming place!

Slight smell of drainage in the toilet, maybe due to the fact that the building is old. Also there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke one morning in the toilet coming via the ventilation. I guess someone smoked in the bathroom somewhere in the building

Perfect location, very close to Vatican. Stylish atmosphere inside the room, which was spacious and contained everything you might need. Very friendly host. Overall cleanliness, with one exception.

The kettle was literally covered with dust, and water left inside for sure wasn't fresh. Understandably in summer it is not the most frequently used thing, but after rainy day a cup of tea may be a good idea. The hairdryer has seen better days. Soundproof could be better, as well.

Very good location close to the metro and Vatican, very nice clean and quiet building, big room and bath. Very nice owner, very good referral for a taxi to the airport. Pizza and small stores near the building.

Not too good fridge only (more like an wine cooler and not a fridge as advertised). More English or French channels. Windows screens against mosquitoes will be good.

First, I want to highlight the care and kindness of Daniele. We had a late arrival that didn't match with open registration hours. Daniele helped us with this, and for an extra 50 euros, we arrived at night and could get into the room. Second, the location is really, really lovely! It's near the Vatican - almost 25 min walk to the st. Peter Church. Also, the metro is in 10 min. Even for the walk-in city centre, we didn't use public transport - 40 min, and you are here! Third, a lot of cafes and restaurants in this area. So if you are looking for a democratic, clean and modest room for overnight stays - it's a good choice!

The toilet was noisy, and it took time to make it silent :) If towels were changed at least every other day - it would be perfect.

The location was great... 5 minutes to the metro stop 10 minutes to the Vatican and a lovely coffee shop directly opposite with a great lady owner who was very helpful on everything

Everything was great! The location is excellent, with the Metro and bus stops right at the doorstep and within walking distance to major tourist attractions. The area is nice and quiet, and everything was super clean. I would definitely stay here again!

The area was nice, the room was clean overall and the owner answered all our questions through WhatsApp. The bar across the road is ran by a lovely elderly couple and has nice breakfast.

The bed was not comfortable at all.

The room was new, renovated, clean and comfortable. However, the location isn’t the best. Its close to the Vatican city but you have to spend some time getting to the centre of Rome. It wasnt a big problem for us but it is a point to consider.

A small thing that I didn’t like was the bathroom. It wasnt spacious, it was too small. Also the shower was small and the temperature of the water kept changing from warm to cold, making me uncomfortable.

The owner, Daniele, was really friendly and very helpful. He let us stay few minutes longer and also we could leave our bags and pick them us after the check out. The location is just amazing, 10 minutes of walking to St. Peter's basilica, close to metro station and also surrounded by some nice cafes. The room was cute, and clean with a large bed. I would definitely come back again!

Well here I could mention only some details. The fee for late check-in was a little bit pricy, but understandable I guess. Also my pillow smelled a tiny little like cigarette. The bed was squeaking a bit, but overall very comfy.
