Loved the location and the room decoration. Everything was perfect. It 's a brand new hotel.

Everything was exceptional! The hotel is really new and very well maintained. There are only 5 rooms/suites at this location. The rooms are at the 2nd floor and there is an elevator. We’ve had a Junior suite: one big bedroom with a huge double bed (great mattress!!!) and a separate rather small but very comfortable sitting room with a sofa a coffee table, refrigerator, coffee machine, team maker (glasses, etc) and all you need to start a day or to relax in the evenings. The room has a big well organized bathroom with all you can need provided. The location is perfect – very close to the Spanish steps in an elegant part of the historical center. Everything is walking distance form this hotel. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The reception is opened from early morning until 20:00 however you can contact the reception by phone in ca se you need something by night. The receptionists are very nice and kind. They offered us great support with recommending restaurants. I will chose this hotel again for my next stay in Rome.

The hotel was exceptionally located as it was close to the centre and within walking distance to just about all the main attractions and stores. The hotel was also extremely clean with new facilities. The rooms were on the smaller side but the space was used very effectively. The staff were excellent in particular Ana and Ayra, they were very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable.

The minor negatives would be the lack of a full sized elevator, no 24/7 reception desk, and the cleaning staff that leaves pretty early in the day so you will have to get room service early in the day. But still these things didn’t really impact our stay and were outweighed by all the positives mentioned.

There were no staff present when I arrived to check-in - this was a bit off-putting. Fortunately I had had a WhatsApp message from the hotel earlier that day so could contact them and they responded quickly and came over No bar or restaurant Expensive for what is offered

An incredibly beautiful hotel with perfect design, down to the smallest details. We arrived and were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a room with a gorgeous balcony – it was such a treat. The location is perfect, right by the Spanish Steps, giving easy access to all the main spots in Rome. Alessandra, the hotel manager, is simply a gem – she took care of every detail and helped us extend our stay at a fair rate when we needed an extra night due to a delayed flight. It’s not a cheap hotel, but every moment there was worth the investment.

No cons at all – it was truly an outstanding experience.

Our stay was very nice and it exceeded our expectation. The room was very modern and beautiful with lots of attention to details and practicality. The bed itself was very big and comfortable. Most importantly to us, it was very clean and we felt really at home there. The location was very central. just a few minutes away from the spanish Steps and everything else was very walkable. The staff was exceptionally friendly. Thanks Aira and Ana for having us and helping us with our needs. It was always nice to talk to you. We will definitely come back if we are in Rome again.

The location is very nice. The staff is also nice and welcoming.

The size of the room is not the biggest in the world but it’s normal as it’s in the central of Rome. But the room is very nice and modern I’ll recommend it 100%. Also what I didn’t like is that they don’t have reception on the other location as they have two locations in the same road. The taxi has dropped us on the first one and our room was on the other where the reception is. But we had to wait on the other branch as we didn’t know that they have two locations.

Junior suite was very clean and spacious. Interior design was italian at its best. Very detailed design and exquisite ironmongery used. Location cant be any be any better. Room was definitely better than four seasons and Jk Roma. Huge bathroom and room for rome.

Service is not four seasons nor JK but the price makes up for it and the quality of the room. Although windows were dbl glazed, early mng noise could still be heard when they are cleaning the streets but bearable. If they provided more amenities like toothbrush and evening/night turndown service, i wouldnt stay anywhere else in Rome.

Absolutely wonderful stay in Rome! The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of the city. The rooms were incredibly spacious and impeccably clean. The staff, especially Ana Aria and Alessandra, went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience. Their hospitality made our stay truly memorable. We’ll definitely be returning!

Overall, our stay at the hotel was fantastic. However, a suggestion would be to include a larger mirror or place it in a more convenient location within the room. Additionally, having more hangers for towels would have been helpful. These small adjustments would further enhance the guest experience. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our time and would definitely come again

Fabulous location very near the Spanish Steps Great room with a large very comfortable bed and best shower ever. Easy to control temperature in room and lots of nice little touches. All of the staff were exceptional - very friendly and could not have been more helpful. Huge asset to this lovely new hotel.

Information in the room telling guests what all the buttons are for would be helpful but that's a suggestion not a complaint.
