The location is literally a few steps from the Piazza del Popolo and a short walk from the Borghese gardens. A metro station is nearby to take you to other landmarks. The proprietor was very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bed and pillows were very nice. I especially want to thank the property for having an excellent lighted mirror for doing makeup and an extra mirror on a shelf that allows you to see the back of your hair. Finally, a hotel room where I feel confident getting ready for the day — thank you!

There was nothing not to like. If you have accessibility concerns through, please be aware that a) taxis cannot drop you right in front because it is a pedestrian-only street (it is only a short distance to drop off though), b) it is necessary to go up a few steps to reach the elevator, c) the elevator may be too small to accommodate a wheelchair, and d) there are also a few small steps between the lobby and the rooms.

The location, the staff and the rooms were all perfect. Antonio welcomed us when we arrived and made sure we were made comfortable from the outset. He arranged taxi collection which went smoothly and he ensured we were happy with the service. He also took time out to show us on the map where all the major attractions were located in relation to the suites, it was like a ‘lightbulb moment’ for getting our bearings of the city and made our whole trip so much easier to navigate and enjoy. We will be back and definitely wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Rome.

Nothing it was all great

I recently stayed at Tridente Suites,located in the heart of the city, and I couldn't have been more impressed. The hotel is not only in a perfect central location, but it is also beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Every corner of the property reflects attention to detail and style, making it a truly inviting space. What really stood out during my stay was the wonderful staff. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and always there when I needed assistance. Their genuine care and commitment to making my stay as comfortable as possible made all the difference. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, I highly recommend Tridente Suites for its excellent service, central location, and welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be returning!

Our family had a wonderful trip to Rome thank to Antonio and his staff & family. We got there a little early and Antonio was there to meet us and he helped out by letting us store our bags before regular check-in hours and by giving us a wonderful run down of the area in Rome. We spent some time chatting (thank you for your English skills Antonio!) and it was very enjoyable. He also made sure that we had everything we needed in our rooms. The location was wonderful...not too crowded but still close to everywhere we wanted to go. I was excited my whole life to visit Rome and Tridente Suites was the perfect place to stay! Thank you Antonio for a wonderful stay and your hospitality!

The property was in the middle of everything and great walking distances to big attractions. Everyone at the hotel was kind and the hotel was beautiful. Every single day the rooms were very clean and entry and exit to the hotel was easy. The owner Antonio was very kind and helpful, even with a slight language barrier between us we were able to figure everything out and get it squared away. The receptionist was also very welcoming and very kind. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, the views from the window were very beautiful.

I loved everything about the property.

The suites are located in a second floor of a building, right behind of Basilica Santa Maria di Montesanto, which makes it feel like an exclusive hotel in a very good way! The location was great, just a few steps away from Piazza del Popolo and there is a taxi station over there. What I like the most was Sr Antonio’s welcoming, he was very nice, always taking care of our stay and very encouraging of my my Italian. Grazie signor Antonio!

Our stay was wonderful at Tridente Suites! The room was immaculate, spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. Antonio, the owner and Sarah, were very friendly, attentive and helpful with directions and suggestions. We walked to most of the sites we visited including the Vatican, Basilica Colosseum, Palantine Hill, and Doges Palace. The area is filled with outdoor cafes and restaurants offering casual and fine dining. Tridente Suites was a memorable experience for us!

Everything!! The location was fantastic...literally steps from Piazza del Popolo. The accommodations were wonderful--clean and comfortable. But what sets this place apart is the host, Antonio! He welcomed us as if we were family. I communicated with him several time before our arrival and he promptly replied answering all of my questions. He was extremely accommodating and helpful. In fact, we liked it so much we stayed there twice in one trip!

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff and the owner of the suites were very kind and helpful with us; they helped us with our transportation and places we would like to visit in Rome. The suites are in the heart of Rome, at the most popular streets! It was very convenient for us and nearby was the Train station and made our life so easy. We really enjoyed our stay.... We hope to come back soon💞💞

The only thing I could mention, it was the little noise at nights from the streets. But this is totally logical because you stay in the heart of Rome and all the employees of the city clean the streets late at night. But of course this was not an issue for us at all. When you visit such a beautiful and crowed city this is logical ☺️

The location is absolutely brilliant. Right in the heart of the city, perfect base for exploring. The rooms are located in a lovely old building, on the second floor, there is a lift (original I think!) but we took the stairs. Key pad access into the lobby of the suites. Our room was clean. Bed was comfy. Ensuite bathroom was clean, no bath, just a lovely shower. TV. Safe. Very quiet, no road noise. Super lovely friendly hosts. Mini fridge with water/soft drinks to buy.

Sadly, our room had small raised windows just below ceiling level, which provided absolutely no view - we were at the back of the building and could just see other buildings if we looked up at the window, it was a real shame - you would have a completely different experience if you get a room at the front of the building overlooking the street and down into the square.
