Very good location, 10 min walking distance from landmarks, making it easy to explore the city but in the same time in a peaceful area, away from hustle and bustle of central Rome. The room was very spacious, spotless and featured modern amenities that added comfort of the stay. Comfortable beds, noiseless.... basically you sleep perfectly. The small balcony overlooking the inner courtyard is quite a bonus. Great AC and Wi-Fi, smooth check-in. The staff (Giorgio) is incredibly attentive and welcoming ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
I wish I would have had a full length mirror in my room or anywhere .. 😂

This was just a one night stay for our final night in Italy. Found that all accommodation for that night was quite expensive. Via Veneto Luxury Suites was probably reasonable value given prices for other properties. The room was lovely, very large, bright, modern and clean. Had everything we needed. Was just opposite the Aurelian Wall and very close to the Borghese gardens which were lovely to stroll around. Close to several restaurants but out of the hustle and bustle of the old town. In a lovely area so would stay there again. Most of all, the host Giorgio made our stay special. He is very welcoming, humorous and nothing is too much trouble. Gave us lots of info including restaurants nearby and organised a taxi for pickup the next day. Made a coffee and provided pastries on checkin and provided a lovely breakfast the next day. Thank you to Giorgio for our great stay.

Right outside the center walls. It was quiet but also close to many restaurants, shops and attractions. The room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was very nice.
It was initially a little hard to find but not an issue if you are taking a taxi. It is also in a large building on the 5th floor. This wasn’t an issue for us but if you’d prefer something more like a regular hotel where there is a ground floor then this may not be the place for you. However, it does have an elevator.

Warm fresh pastries and fresh squeezed orange juice for breakfast - heaven! The scrambled eggs were also amazing. Hubby loved the coffee. There is a great variety of fresh fruit, cereal, yoghurt and more. Fantastic! The location is fantastic and you can walk to many of the historic sites easily. It is in a neighbourhood which makes it all the more authentic, not a busy tourist area. There are a ton of restaurants within a ten minute walk. Try a few - especially Cesarina (it has a great local feel to it) and Il Fellini (you may have to make a reservation). Giorgio and the staff are wonderful, helpful and very welcoming. The rooms are immaculate, beautifully and imaginatively decorated. Our room and ensuite were huge! Love the hotel.
We had a few mosquitoes in our room. We left the windows open, so realize it is our fault, but it was unexpected in November!

As I wrote about my Florence hotel, this is also a gem of a property. The family owned B&B is hosted by a young man by the name of Giorgio. He is very good at what he does. He makes you feel so welcome and is willing to assist you with recommendations, arrange transportation, etc. We felt very comfortable from the moment we entered the property. The seven-suite B&B is on the fifth floor of a building that houses businesses and other residential properties. The decor is wonderful. The family spent a lot of time designing the B&B with unique finishes in the shared spaces (like the breakfast area) and in each room (we had the Sophia Loren suite). If you review the pictures, you will see that each suite is of a celebrity. It is very novel. The rooms (with private bathroom) are very spacious; coming with a desk area, small refrigerator, small open closet area, as well as a small safe in which to place anything of value. All rooms are air conditioned - and did we need it...it was really hot! Housekeeping is daily. The breakfast area/office area and our suite were kept very clean. I am sure the rest of the suites are kept to the same high standard. Our stay included breakfast, and when I say that the scrambled eggs and the pastries were delicious - that would be an understatement. I wanted to take Giorgio home with us as he makes some of the best scrambled eggs (LOL). There is a complete buffet each morning: cereal, fresh fruit of the day, yogurt, various jellies and spreads, bread for toasting, coffees/expresso, teas, water, juice, and those amazing pastries (we were in Italy for 2 weeks, and from what we can tell, these were the BEST pastries of the hotels and functions that we attended)....hard to turn down! I am sure I am leaving out some items, but you can see that there is something for everyone!
No dislikes stand out.

Location was good next to a villa garden and not far from all the main attractions. Nice and quiet area. Good breakfast and great coffee. Would definitely stay here again when we come back. Host was great and very helpful.
Nothing I can think of could have made our stay better.

Giorgio our host was absolutely amazing! Really friendly & welcoming with great knowledge & tips for places to visit in the city! He provided amazing pastries/scrambled eggs etc for breakfast, plus fresh orange juice & the most delicious cappuccinos! The building has wonderful original features such as huge wooden doors & lift which takes you back in time ( in a good way). The apartments are very clean with contemporary decor, decorated with great pictures on the walls . Centrally located for sight seeing & easy to get to the main attractions even by walking in some cases! Plenty of places to eat in the area- recommended by Giorgio of course! ( he went out of his way to find us gluten free dining too) We would absolutely 100% book this again for any future trips to Rome! Thank you Giorgio for being a perfect host!
We liked everything!

Giorgio the owner was really kind, and took care of every single guest in a familiar way. The room was beatiful, and very spacius, quiet difficult to find this kind of suite in Rome. Breakfast served with italian fresh bakery and located in a really nice neighbourhood, walking distance from every single attraction. We highly recommend this place!

The owner came immediately to greet us at the entrance of the property, helped us get our bags on and made us feel at home right away; we arrived at 10:30, the room was not ready, which is normal. He offered us breakfast while waiting for the room, which was spacious and very clean , to be completed in record time. We got the room after 20 minutes. My 16 and 14 year old boys were very happy with the room and the person. Great location, minutes from Spanish Steps, large, modern and comfortable room. We will stay there again.
I enjoyed everything
