The breakfast was the best ever! I was most blown away by that. Also there was an attendant there (I think Filipino) and he was so friendly, attentive and helpful and his English was really good which was nice, he is the best honestly thanks for your help. It was a really nice hotel very quiet. The shower is amazing. The location is great we walked to most of the sites without using public transportation. The receptionist was lovely as well very helpful and her English was super.

I liked everything except the signal of the WIFI in my room wasn't very strong so I had to go outside to get a connection but I was fine as I was not really in the hotel that much. When I reported the problem the staff tried to help right away which was good.

The place and the room have modern design and cozy. The staff were friendly.

The property owner, who when reported of a problem with regard to the room door that can’t be locked from outside (the door was opened (twice) when my friend and I came back to the hotel/apartment), and the toilet had bad odor, he was dismissive. The hotel only accepted/believed it, until I called and showed the door and the toilet to the manager.

Location was perfect near all major attractions. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was ok while breakfast area was a bit small. Amenities in the room were ok and nothing was missing.

Soundproofing was terrible. You could hear the garbage collection from the restaurant opposite the building and every car passing although we were in the 3rd floor. They really need to change windows and put double instead of single ones that they have right now. Apart from that everything else was perfect.

It is a good place in the center part of Rome. Thet serve a very tasty breakfast. You can use Subway literally around the corner or walk to all main sights. But it was a bit cold at night +5°C at the beginning of November without heating. Thanks to Steffany for giving us a heater and 2 blankets. We are very grateful!

There was slightly dark in the room. I would wish an additional light. When leaving the apartment, the street smelled strongly of urine.

Our room was exactly as described. It was modern, bright and well decorated. The furniture and room generally was very well maintained. The room was spotless on arrival and cleaned every day. We arrived early evening; although the reception area was closed, the instructions for gaining entry and picking up our room keys were accurate and simple to follow. There were also a few notices, including a WhatsApp if we wanted recommendations where to eat. We met Deborah on our first morning at breakfast and she is superb. She booked tickets for us, (much easier doing this in Italian) and gave us any advice we needed. Arian who served us breakfast was also really great. The location of these rooms is just perfect, with the underground nearby but also due to the fact that it was in walking distance of the major attractions. Lots of good quality restaurants and a cinema nearby. How could we not stay here again - particularly with someone as helpful and lovely as Deborah to help us navigate Rome.

Loved the size of the room!! The huge windows opening out onto the street. The little sitting area outside our room. The lift was a huge help. Air con was very good, a touch loud but didn’t keep us awake. The staff are very attentive in suggesting ideas and booking transport.

Bed was too soft for me. The topper also made it super hot. Appreciate this is personal preference. The shower was a bit dated and needed some love but had good pressure and temperature. Tiny detail, but toilet paper wasn’t restocked entire stay. We had an empty roll in bin and on holder and was down to less than half a roll by checkout.

Debra was very friendly and assisted us with booking the colosseum tickets, she suggested a couple of places to visit, we felt very welcomed. I liked that they kept our luggage after checkout from 11am until our flight time in the evening, we were also able to go back to the reception area and use the washroom to freshen up before the flight.

I didn’t like that walls are not soundproof and we could here each step outside our room. But it wasn’t loud anyway as we were outside most of the day. But not suitable for newly married couples for the lack of privacy.

I needed an early start on two days, and they very kindly left me a huge breakfast in my room refrigerator both days. Very much appreciated! The location also was excellent, an easy walk to many attractions as well as Termini station, and lots of Italian trattorias in short walking distance. I would stay there again.

The lighting in the shower was dim, since the only light in the bathroom was at the opposite end of the room.

Fantastic location ! Easy to find and all instructions clear and worked exactly as said. Nicely renovated, comfortable bed, nice breakfast. And most importantly - run by fantastic people - friendly, helpful, accommodating, made our stay so comfortable. They help you with everything, put you at easy and welcome with open arms. Property managed very well. Every guest feels precious ! What a find !! Thank you all !! Elena - superstar ! We will be back :)

The stay was excellent. Great location, perfect. We travelled by foot to all the sights, had shops right next to us. We didn't pay for transport all were right next door. Excellent staff, very hospitable, very smiling, very professional people who give their all for the guests. The business is geared towards customer satisfaction. Wonderful breakfast, I recommend you get your breakfast included. We had the most delicious salami and sweets. Welcoming host, she guides you, gives you map of what to visit. I will go back there for the location. For me one of the best location in Europe, I recommend.
