Great food with the selection of homemade products, delicious pastries, pastas, fruit, salads and wines. Admirable waiting service of Maurizio and Francesco, great assistance of the personnel at the reception, closeness to all region's attractions, historical places and the seaside. The possibility to purchase masseria's products: oil, wines, pastas and much more.Clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, swimming pool to wind down after a busy day in town, beautiful decor.

The screaming kids of guests in adjacent rooms :( The only thing which can spoil the charms of the peaceful, quiet and tranquil surrounding amidst olive trees, vineyards and fields of wheat for people looking for a perfect gateway from the city life.

Lovely place, the pool was huge and the rooms were clean. Staff were lovely as well. Lovely playground for kids as well although its so hot in the summer. Large estate which maybe more suitable in spring/ autumn than hot Italian summer but very kid friendly as well.

The play ground area for kids needs cover, no kids could use it at all and we were there for a week in July. Restaurant needs variety, same food for dinner every night isn't great - they don't do pizza at all and breakfast daily has NO variety at all which is not ideal for what you pay. Also they need more staff at the cafe by the pool as the wait for food or drinks can be an hour long!

You feel like living in a castle with cosy and warm atmosphere and I felt welcomed at every moment. Nice speaceous, nicely furnished rooms. We even had a privat garden and jacuzzi despite not having time nor interest using it as do not like to “waste” so much water. The pool was clean and well maintained. The personnel was super nice: i) the lady at the reception was very helpfull - she helped with everything eg we needed a boarding pass print out for our safery and she arranged all, we left postcard there- sha arranged stamps and sending. She spoke English 👍and was really genuilly nice and professional. ii) the young thin guy at the breakfast preparing coffee was super nice The breakfast was amazing: variaties of cheeses: burattina, smoked burattina, young chees, plate of cheeses, home made jams, home grown fruits,… excelent serving. The winner of my vacation was the home made crosttata with home made orange jam- for my taste it vas just divine. I wish I would have a recepie. 😉 I will be back.

There in absolutelly nothing to complain about.

Beautiful rooms, the owners have put a lot of effort and pride in the Masseria, it's very apparent. The bathrooms were probably the biggest and the most lush I've ever seen! Nicely decorated, very comfy beds. Very lovely lady at reception when we were checking out - apologies I didn't ask for the name.

You really need a car to come here and to move about - the Masseria is in the countryside, there is no public transport and taxis will probably get very pricey. If you're staying in the newer part, be ready that the walls are paper thin and you'll hear everything in the neighbouring rooms, even if your neighbours are just having a late night conversation. Overall feels a bit of a place for groups/events/catering - not so much a private, personal experience for individual travellers.

Overall a very charming place, great for staying with the family. Room is spacios and has enough place for cloths storage, comfortable beds and nice bathroom. We were located in the modern part next to the pool, which was very quiet. The premises are large and you can nicely walk around. Breakfast was good as for italian standards (apart from coffee and sweet cakes there were boiled eggs, ham, cheese, yoghurt, cornflakes, fruits, juices). There is a big playgroubd for kids (best 3/4+, our 2 years old was a bit small for it) and a small area with birds (goose, peacock, etc) and goats, which our kids enjoyed a lot. It is located few km outside village, so you need a car to stay here.

We had a 50/50 split opinion on dinner food - I enjoyed mine, but my partner did not, so I guess it may depend on individual preferences. Otherwise everything was really good and we had a great stay, I would gladly go back here.

Nice Overall. Beautiful Facility. Very nice waitresses in the Morning. Option to eat in the evening. Close to Pool. Pool bar with good offers and prices.

Quite noisy due to the way How built. You can hear each breathing or crying from direct neighbour. Pool only allowed to use from 10:00 to 18:30 🤔. Staying Like us longer Would Require more food choice in the Morning. Eceryday the same. Especially poor breadquality. Eating in the evening requires time, do Not mix as you might wait Like us ordering First 2 Hours for your supper 😤

Nice place and interesting design rooms. Good breakfast, tasty food at dinner. I think the location is overrated.

The room needs some improvements: the entrance door, the bathroom (the bathtub needs good maintenance also the toilet). At dinner one of the waiters had a strange way of serving, seemed rude. The matrimonial bed is made from 2 mattress and between them remains a big gap, although the staff tried to solve the issue, I solved it myself in the end.

Breakfast was very nice, with traditional mats, cheese, bread and sweets. Coffee was amazing. The room was comfortable, traditional style. The AC managed to warm the room up quite nicely. We stole a few grapes from the vineyards surrounding the property.

The surrounding area. It is a bit industrial. It is close to the main road so you can hear trucks. Also, the car collecting the garbage came at 2 am in the middle of the night and fully woke us up

- location: easily accessible and within maximum 1 hour drive to all points of interest (Alberobello, Matera, Martina Franca, Locorotondo, etc.) - staff: very friendly and always eager to help and to make sure that our stay is perfect - food: rich breakfast and diverse dinner with specific food from the region, also very healthy - very very kids-friendly, with a lot of space for the kids to run and play and with baby chairs, beds, etc. - wonderful historical building and scenery with all the comfort

- in the entire region the locals do not speak English very well - this is also the case with the staff, except for the receptionists that were very fluent in English and also helping with translation

Great stay in typical Masseria. We were in the new wing which is modern and right next to the pool area. Cleanliness and service were excellent, breakfast was included and had a very good and balanced offering of sweet treats and savoury stuff. We also stayed for dinner one night and enjoyed the offering and quality very much.

The pool was good although crowded at times, we noticed more rooms are being built on the property so this may become more of a problem in the future. WiFi in the new area was spotty
