Vincent is so helpful. He goes above and beyond to inform you about the area. He couldn't be nicer and works really hard to enhance your time in Salerno. A+++ for Vincent. The place is clean and my room had a private bath with shower. A breakfast of choice of croissant and cappuccino for $3.5EU is available. You can walk to the ferry in less than 10 minutes and the Ancient part of town is walking distance. Be prepared to walk a great deal.

The building might have been a palace at one time. It's hard to say this because the proprietor is so great at what he does, but it's in sad shape. Although I must stress you get what you pay for. The cost is very reasonable, especially with a private bath. I also must say that for $63 per night to have the view of the harbor right out my window was a great perk.

Breakfast consists of a croissant (chocolate, cream, plain or with jam) together with a warm drink. Antonella was super nice to us each morning. Vincent has been incredibly welcoming and helpful with any question we had. We felt completely comfortable, he made sure we understood the options for transportation, where to have the best meals, the best beaches, etc. HIGH RECOMMEND!

I wouldn't mind a breakfast a little more varied, it was good enough but could be better. For the rest, nothing to change, it was amazing.

Lovely B&B with great views. Enzo, our host, was wonderful. He provided us a map with handwritten notes for sites to see. He helped us plan a trip up the coast. Great recommendations for places to eat too. He even arranged a taxi the day we left. 😊

Breakfast selection 3.50 each. Consisted of croissant and coffee. Consider adding a juice, tea, and/or other pastries.

Sea view was nice and bathroom was spacious. Allowed an early check in which was greatly appreciated. Air conditioned room was great, especially in summer. Handy information given about visiting the Amalfi Coast.

Little English was spoken during check in which made things a little complicated, especially around paying the outstanding fees. Locks to the doors micould do with an upgrade. A little far out of town, but still a good place to stay if you're OK to walk a little.

The location was perfect, near to the ports for getting boats, it was a beautiful castle, the room was very clean and comfortable, also ENZO and his sister were so nice

Overall, our visit was very comfortable. The apartment was clean and cozy, and we enjoyed ourselves. We were able to get some good rest after a long day of flying and boating. The neighborhood was nice, and it's very close to the water and the historic district. The owner and his family were very kind to us. Thank you.

My only issue was that there were not enough napkins in the kitchen, and we ran out of toilet paper. We were only there for two days, and by the end of our visit - in the middle of the night, it ran out. Perhaps, they should have an extra roll for their guests in the room or in the bathroom. Also, please note that....do not check in between 13:00-16:00, the owners are out of the facilities. (They don't make exceptions for their guests.) Our train to Salerno was late and we had to wait in the streets with our luggage until our check-in time. So, plan accordingly to their check-in time

The breakfast was a croissant and delicious cappuccino, a typical breakfast in Italy. The building has fantastic architecture. Our hosts, Enzo and Antonella were funny, kind and helpful. It was inexpensive for the budget conscious.

The view from the window to the left was beautiful and picturesque, with yachts and sailboats as shown online. To the left was surprisingly, an industrial site with cranes, shipment containers and noisy work.

Vincent and his sister were amazing hosts. Very friendly and always there to help. Place is very clean. Cleaned daily. Very comfortable bed.

Cenzo was extremely helpful and very friendly. The location was actually perfect and the building was quite unique, the tower can be seen from great distances, so it’s always easy to find your way home.

loved the property overall, if I have to pick a con it would probably be something along the lines of wishing there was a fan in the rooms.
