They definitely have to redo the wooden floor in the apartment as it was in bad condition and we had a lot of splinters because of that, not ideal when you are on a ski trip (not everyone wears slippers, especially after a whole day in tight ski shoes.) The lady working there (blond around 50years old, was not nice, almost like the guest are a pain for her. She was asked to move her car in the parking lot because she blocked our car, she acted like we did something wrong. Everyday, not a smile nothing, even the contrary…

I had the opportunity to stay at **Family and Wellness Residence Ciasa Antersies**, and I was truly impressed! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and to my pleasant surprise, they gave us a better room than the one we had originally booked. I also greatly appreciated the additional discounts on ski passes and ski rentals, which made our stay even more comfortable and cost-effective. The sauna area deserves a special mention — it is very well-equipped and allows for full relaxation after an active day on the slopes. Overall, my stay at Ciasa Antersies was a guarantee of comfort, relaxation, and a unique atmosphere. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a great place to unwind!

Some people may have a problem with the fact that the building is on a hill, but on the other hand, that's what makes the views so beautiful.

We would like to thank a lot a team of Residence Ciasa Antersies for wondeful relaxing week. Apartment is very comfortable and cosy. Location is perfect. A view from balcony and from sauna is imazing. If you need to relax, forget about world beyond those beautiful mountains this is a place to go. We were very nicely surprised by every day service. Garbage was removed every day. Bathroom was cleaned every day. Unfortunately we did not use a breakfast option, but I hope next time we will.

Well, I am not sure it is possible to improve a parking place. It is small, very narrow, but we mostly did not have a problem.

The location was perfect and our room was very spacious with a stunning view over the mountains and town. Great to have access to a kitchen and fridge. We sat on our balcony every afternoon with drinks and nibbles before dinner in the town. Everything is very close and the free parking was great. Will definitely stay again!!

Beds were not the most comfortable and the sauna wasn't open on the days that were advertised on booking.com so best to check this when you arrive so you don't miss out.

Wellness Residence Ciasa Antersies is a very nice accommodation with very friendly staff. We stayed in an apartment which was a great size, 2 balconies, lots of storage space, clothes dryer and was super clean. It offers optional breakfast to the room for an additional fee. We only used the wellness once and it was very nice. Every day the staff changed the towels which was not even necessary. Ivica was always pleasant and willing to help. Parking sufficient, there was a shuttle from the hotel to the nearest lift, but we didn't use it - we drove our own car. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped for simple cooking, but you need to buy everything - oil, salt, etc... Tablets for the dishwasher were available, garbage was taken out by the staff every day. The only thing missing in the kitchen was a cutting board and a wooden spoon, which we bought and left there, so hopefully it will serve to other guests :) Surprisingly, there was no kettle in the kitchen, so I would recommend to the hotel to add it to the kitchen. We would love to come back next year.

We had most wonderful time at Casa Antersies. Ivica and his wife were amazing hosts and we got 5 star hotel experience. Gibanica and home made rakija after long day at skiing were hard to beat even with all good food in Alta Badia. We cant recommend place enough and we will for sure come back. Cleanliness of property was impeccable and ski transfer worked great even on peak days around NY.

The residence is located in a great position, easy to get to with the car and just a couple minutes walk away from the town main square. Our apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was very kind and ready to help whenever we asked for something. I highly recommend it.

Exceptional friendly and helpful staff, especially the wonderful manager Ivica who truly made us feel welcome. Very clean and comfortable apartment, equipped well for a weeklong stay. Convenient parking and easy walk into town. Would highly recommend!

Evrything. The appartment was spacious, the kitchen well equiped, it was clean and comfortable. We stayed for one week and felt very good. We enjoyed the sauna as well on one occasion.
