The receptionist also spoke German! The room was comfortable with a small terrace. It had AC and a small fridge. The hotel had a swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. The pool water didn't smell like chlorine that much which is good. The breakfast is very sweet, that is apparently custom here but if you don't like that you will not enjoy it that much. There was enough parking space at the hotel and across the street. You have a great view of the hills of Tuscany!

It's right next to the street and the cars go very fast. You can not walk anywhere from there since there are no sidewalks. This is not the hotels fault and not a big deal, just wanted to mention it so others know what to expect. This seems to be custom here in Tuscany.

We had a wonderfully stay. It was lovely to get to know Donatella, her husband and the family that run the hotel. They all went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable. Also, thanks to Andrea, Julia, Aliss and Valentina that went out of their way to met all our needs with a smile. We were sad to leave as this family made us really feel welcome and at home. Will definitely go back.

Great place to spend some time in the countryside, nice pool, great view from our balcony, San Gimignano is about 1 mile away, you can walk the back road to get to town.

They charge 5 euros to get a towel to use at the pool.

It has been the most amazing and truly wonderful experience. A fantastic property! But most and foremost: the team at reception is just outstanding. Julia and Alessia are very friendly, yet extremely professional. It has been fascinating to see such a high level of professionalism at the end of a long, demanding, challenging summer season.

I liked everything, but if I had to say something, the shower didn’t work as per the instructions and they didn’t let us know. It was a bit frustrating waiting for hot water. But I asked the receptionist and they explained

Lovely hotel, excellent staff who were very friendly and helpful. Good, basic accommodation. Continental breakfast with toast, tomatoes, cheese, croissants, cereals, antipasti, yoghurt, fruit, coffee and juice.

Would be nice to have water and glasses in rooms, and the shower door did not close properly, so floor got very wet.

Hospitality was amazing the entire family team went all out to ensure we enjoyed our stay room was great comfortable spotless and so lovely breakfast was so varied and enjoyable and the restaurant is positively fabulous in 11 days touring Tuscany this was an overall best thank you so much and the location into the walled city was easy on our bikes

As a solo traveler, I appreciated the warmth of the staff and the comfortable size of the facility. It felt very inviting and personal. Quite exceptional.

There honestly was nothing that I didn't like. My room was perfect, the dining area was fresh, the food was excellent and beautifully presented. The pool was pristine.

The only reason I would rate this "hotel" is because of the front desk lady who would do anything to make your staying experience nice! .

Room was small and dark, small window and a small tv somewhere in a corner. Shower cabin kind of deteriorated and you could smell the drain odor. But you have everything you need if you are passing by.

The location. It is a walkable distance to San Gimignano. The swimming pool. It's nice to chill out by the pool when it is hot. The breakfast. A good selection of pastries, fruits and savoury food. The terrace of the room.

The room was nicely decorated, but the furniture was a bit bulky and outdated.
