This is not our first stay at this accommodation. Love the location and the greenery surroundings and it is quiet. We had a good breakfast with a good selection of hams, bacon,bread, fresh fruit, waffles, croissants, yogurts, coffee, juices...... The room was clean but the beds were not so comfortable for us. The receptionist was very helpful. The pool are is nice and clean, the water was freezing cold. We booked an quad bike excursion which was really amazing and I suggest it. There is a nice path nearby for a walk and they have animals.

The food was not for our liking specially the meat, a bit disappointed. Pizza was good.

Reserved rooms should have had a balcony with views of Nebrodi mountains according to the description on our reservation. We were given rooms with no balcony and facing the back of the building. When we complained we were told by the management that this was not specified in the reservation details they received from booking.com. No other rooms were available. Otherwise all other aspects of our stay were pleasant.

Beautiful location, very quiet and peaceful. Staff is very helpful and friendly, especially Alfio and Thomas. You can book several excursions such as wine tasting and quad biking. Room was always clean and would be an ideal location to relax a bit from the daily busy lifestyle. Always dined at their restaurant - food quality was always genuine and abundant.

A bit far from the centre, so you would need to prepare to travel if you are looking for visiting other provinces.

this was one of our favorite stays in Sicily! the location is gorgeous and was great for us, close to the wineries. the staff at the hotel were helpful and kind, specially our waiter during dinner! the dinner was amazing too, maybe one of the best we’ve had and all local produce. the hotel rooms seemed recently updated, where the rest of the hotel had that charming mountain vibe. highly recommend staying here, we’d 100% come back here and stay longer!

didn’t matter too much for us as we had to leave but there were many teenagers at the pool on Saturday morning (could be a one off) but if you plan for a quiet Saturday at the pool maybe check first

Excellent location to visit the Nebrodi area. Very quiet and peaceful area. Owners were very friendly and helpful. We booked a chalet and the room was amazing. The view from our terrace was great. Great breakfast and dinner. A lot of parking spaces. They even arranged for an evening tour with quadbikes which was amazing. Highly recommend. Randazzo is only a 10 minute drive away.

a)menu was somewhat too limited and becomes repetitive b) to offer an improved variety to include some salads…(though not on the menu, the staff were v helpful and I was prepared a simple but lovely fresh salad on request) c) music blaring too loud at the pool area…too many speakers all over the place

Great selection of food, delicious at all time, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Property and room were very clean. Ideal location for hikers and nature lovers. Relaxing at the spa after a long day was the best.

TV channels selection can be improved. Maybe it can be connected to one's mobile.

The staff were very friendly a nice (Alfio was very helpful and nice) the rooms was spacious and very clean. The food was amazing and very good prices as well. We went to the spa as well and it was very clean, they take hygiene of the facilities of the spa very serious and the message was great . Highly recommend it. ( Apart from the view was amazing)

Very helpful and lovely staff who make you feel really at home. The scenery is also nice and relaxing and we enjoyed walking around though you have to be fit. Room is modern and bed was comfortable. The spa is also good value for money. Restaurant meal options are good if you want the real taste of the region.

The room was not soundproofed at all and we could hear our neighbours very clearly.

The hosts are very friendly and help with anything you need. The rooms are comfortable and the food at the hotel is good and reasonably priced. Mattresses and pillows are actually comfortable

Internet is a little slow sometimes and any noise in the corridor can be heard in the rooms.
