Great hotel with very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Location is convenient and close to everything. Good price considering the area is expensive. Very clean room and common halls. Elevators are the big +. Comfortable bed and bedding. Fantastic view from the spacious balcony.

Would be nice to have a kettle in the room. And a small microwave would be also nice to have. It would not cost much to the property but could be a great bonus to the travellers. Also more glass coverage for the bathtub or a large curtain woud save from splashing lots water on the floor. Even when one is careful with taking shower the placement of showerhead is inconvenient. I talked to the front desk and was given loooots if towels that helped a lot and was very much appreciated. Overall great stay!

The staff were very friendly and helpful and consistently went above and beyond. The room was a great size with a large sea facing terrace, and the facilities across the hotel were great, including bike hire and a decent sized seawater pool. Everything was always very clean. Very good all you can eat breakfast included in the booking and other food options available during the day at an extra but affordable cost. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more. The area is also great with lots of amazing restaurants and street food, beautiful architecture and there are a number of beaches within short walking distance offering a range of facilities. Definitely one of our best holidays!

This hotel is fantastic! We visited in December and the weather was perfect, so the view from our room was spectacular! At night we could stargaze from the balcony and see the city lights of Rapallo across the bay. The bed was beyond comfortable. The staff at the front desk, especially Susanna, were so helpful, friendly, and kind. Parking was easy, the walk to the town and seaside only took about 5 minutes. The heating system was very good and the room very clean. We would stay here again for sure! Only downside, we couldn't stay longer.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! I only wish I stayed longer than 2 nights. I didn’t expect much and chose it mainly for the pool and a good price, but it has exceeded all my expectations!! I traveled solo and received an upgrade for the sea view with a big corner balcony overlooking the marina and the town!! This made my vacation! The room was great, big bathroom, super clean, nice smell in the room/property, everything is new. Very well maintained. The pool with the sea water and the pool area on the deck with the bar and the view - simply amazing. Great breakfast with a good choice of food was included. Location is top, it’s 2 minutes from a boardwalk, located up the hill with a great view and there’re elevators from the street to the hotel level. Very nice hotel staff!

The bathroom wasn't very comfortable. The shower inside a bathtube had an old shower head that caused the water flux not to be very straight and the position inside the bathtube caused several times to step on the bathtube drain, closing it. Overall, showering was not so relaxing as expected. A corner of the bathroom looked like a worksite: not dangerous, but even not what you expect in a junior suite of a 4 star hotel

Everything was good. A bit outdated design but good value for money in this region. Location is very good. Swimming pool has with sea water. Staff was friendly. Inside the hotel was clean but territory can be kept better than lots of different fences and crowded with materials which can be hidden somewhere but not lay infront of hotel

I didn't like lots of empty pots around hotel. Hotel can look nicer if organise it better. Even entrance can be more posh than just dead flowers. But we were when season is finished that is why , maybe, hotel was getting ready for winter and getting close. But room was clean and comfortable.

We arrived a bit after 8 pm and a very nice lady who spoke our language welcomed us. The hotel is only 10 min away walking distance from the train station and only 2 blocks away from the water. The neighborhood was very quiet and nice. Location was great, close to restaurants, shops and the beach (also a few blocks away from the ferry that takes you to Portofino) There is also a supermarket nearby. The room was very spacious and clean. We had a balcony, which we didn't expect that had views to a secret garden, simply beautiful and quiet. We walked around the outdoor spaces before leaving and the views of the ocean were breathtaking. There are a few rooms that have balconies with that view and if we visit again, that would be our first choice.

Nothing really, it was all perfect. I stongly recommend if you want to visit the area and specialy Portofino. Great choice!!!

We had a water view room with a large, relatively private, balcony overlooking the marina and the whole bay. It was certainly a highlight of our stay! The staff were tremendous, especially Manuela in the bar, who was able to organise ice, extra glasses etc for us to enjoy aperitivo on the balcony. No kettle in the room, but available from reception. The nicest person in reception was Alissia. What a great asset she is to this hotel. Very knowledgable on local activities and a genuinly lovely person. Our room was large with a great bed and good bathroom.

The hotel was excellent, it offered great value for a hotel in a great location with fabulous sea views and of the surrounding areas. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was right in the middle of town with a short 15 min walking distance to from the station. Also was close to the ferry port and bus stop to Portafino was literally at the bottom of the road, which cost 5 euro including the return. This is a gem of a place and I would definitely come back again as well as happily recommend to family and friend. Could not fault the hotel.

The balcony with view was amazing!! Definitely worth the price if you’re getting the double room with sea view balcony! And the balcony was spacious! The location was excellent! The staff were nice It was very clean It had like a shelf in the lobby with basic things you need from the supermarket to buy

You have to go through 3 elevators to get to the room If you want dental kit, slippers or these kind of things you have to buy it from the lobby
