Beautiful garden with lemon and jasmine. Very elegant interior, superb breakfast but most of the staff just so helpful and kind. This is our second time and we will come back.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough! We stayed here for a week in the Miriam suite, and had an excellent experience 😊 All the staff are incredibly sweet and helpful, especially Manuela we loved her! Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast was delicious and made with fresh ingredients. The location is great and quick walking distance to center and the beach! 🏖️ Overall, had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend! 🇮🇹❤️

The staff was pleasant, helpful and very accommodating. Breakfast was substantial and there was a nice variety of fruit, croissants along with hot choices. The location was perfect, an easy walk to everything and quiet in the evening. I loved the room with the balcony. My only suggestion would be to add some hooks in the bathroom and a shelf would be nice. There is nowhere to hang a towel or a piece of clothing or a spot to place a toiletry bag. A minor inconvenience but, it would mean a lot less juggling and would be nice.

The breakfast was great and the two women working during breakfast were wonderful. However, the lady in the reception was not very nice nor helpful. For instance, she did not let us use the hotel bathroom when we came to pick up the bags after we had checked out a little bit earlier. We already knew that there was a toilet in the first floor for hotel guests but she said that there was none and later said that it was out of order when we were a bit startled by her answer (as we saw that the another guest was able to use one just one hour earlier the same day by another employee).

The blond receptionist was not very nice.

Breakfast was excellent. The smoked salmon a bonus. The people were nice and gave us a bottle of Prosecco for my gfs birthday. We really liked the private garden area that our room had, the bed was clean and the shower worked well

The lady at the reception acted a little strangely and told me that I shouldn't tell restaurants it was my gfs birthday. That the restaurants wouldn't care.. and that this isn't what people do in Italy. Almost like I had offended her by even asking about it. Well this wasn't true as we later went to the restaurant she had booked us and recommended. They sung happy birthday for 2 people whilst we were there and bought out a candle - very weird as she bought me out a bottle of Prosecco at the hotel, but told me not to ask about it in the future😂 We were not so keen on the room as it was next to reception and we could hear people at the front desk. It was also quite small. Not so bad to ask for something else but I think you expect a little more for £180 a night

While, my wife and I rate this hotel very highly in all categories, it was the staff and the service from the staff that put it over the top into five stars. The staff was friendly, helpful and quite approachable at all times. They were always offering assistance on activities and great restaurants in the area. They made us feel liked and at home in this beautiful hotel. The hotel, and especially the staff, made the experience full, exciting, and nicely restful. If you haven't got my point multiple times by now, let me say it again, It is the staff that made it a top-notch place to stay.

Breakfast was delicious, the fact that you ordered from a menu rather than select from a buffet meant everything was really fresh. The service was exemplary and our hosts were very attentive. The room was quite compact, but had everything we needed. The balcony was a great bonus. Location was perfect, 5 minute walk down to the small town with plenty of eateries, bars and shops.

Storage for clothes was a little minimal. Clothes hanging space was adequate, but there were no drawers or storage section for smalls, tshirts etc.. etc....

Lovely friendly hotel. Great location. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. We loved our stay here in Santa Margherita. The perfect stay would return again!

Booking.com does not make it clear that there are certain rooms with balconies. We got the room without a balcony even though it costs the same amount as other rooms with balconies. I think it should be more clear on booking.com which rooms specifically have a balcony or not. The photos made it out that we were booking a balcony room however on checking in we were given one without.

The hotel is a beautiful establishment with a very nice garden for a lovely breakfast offered and located just 100mtrs from the centre. Excellent service and comfortable bed completes the picture. Definitely staying there next time we decide to come to Santa Margherita Ligure.

The double bed was slightly small compared to what we are used to.

The hotel is well located within close proximity to shops, resturants & a short stroll to the beach. The staff are friendly, helpful & accommodating. Manuella, Bruno & Viviana were informative & knowledgeable about the area, places to visit, even explaining the best time of day to visit certain areas & best modes of transportation. They let us drive our hire car into the main front entrance, so we could unload our luggage before parking on the street, which was an added bonus for us as we had a lot of luggage to unload. Breakfast was enjoyable & is ala cart so you just order off the menu whatever you like & they bring it to you. Breakfast was lovely, located in the front main garden area. Our room was spacious, bathroom was lovely with a huge shower. We had a big balcony with a table, chairs, bean bag & clothes drying rack. We were provided with 2 bottles of water in the fridge as well as a bottle of Prosecco as we were celebrating our honeymoon. I requested an iron & ironing board upon arrival which was quickly accommodated. We will tell our family & friends about our experience at this hotel.
