The breakfast was excellent with regards to its dbroad supply of delicious components (breads, eggs, diary products, and more). Highly professional service by the breakfast staff. The staff of the hotel, in general, was highly polite and welcoming. You received a very safe and friendly feeling and approach by the staff. Warm, home-friendly and very caring attitude that made you feel very welcome and happy to stay at the hotel. The facilties gave you an impression of luxury, idyllic environment, and clean facilities. The room was very good, well-cleaned, and nicely as well as elegantly designed. The location was sufficiently close to the city centre. You can walk from the hotel and get to the city centre in a pretty short time, this was good too. The room also provided a wonderful view of the city. Facilities both inside and outside of the hotel gave you a feeling of a comfortable and sincere atmosphere, with its elegant of cosiness and genuine Tuscan style.

Sometimes, certain options of the breakfast could have been varied. The supply was basically identical each day of the stay. A little bit of variation would be appreciated. Nonetheless, it was very good and the general quality of the hotel was top-notch and this will not be the last time I will visit the hotel, and I will undoubtedly recommend it to family and friends.

Initially I had booked our stay here for two nights, but our plans changed along the way, and we only stayed one night. Unfortunately, we had to leave early in the morning, so we didn't even get to enjoy the lovely breakfast and it did look great. The hotel is in a good location just outside the city wall. I chose this hotel for the carpark, the proximity to the historical center and the swimming pool. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and booked a taxi for us the morning we had to rush off to the train station. I highly recommend.

The room was a bit small but as I said we only spent one night so it absolutely didn't matter. We had a nice view of the center from our bedroom window.

The location was excellent with truly magnificent views of Siena city from the breakfast room and from our bedroom (no 43). The breakfast was exceptional for a continental breakfast with lots of choice and everything was high quality. The staff were friendly and helpful. The free car parking was a massive perk and the swimming pool area, when open, is an enormous asset to the hotel.

The only thing that was disappointing was the bathroom, In particular the shower cubicle, which was mouldy and badly in need of replacement, though the shower itself was excellent.

The staff are welcoming and friendly. The pool is beautiful. The breakfast was very good. A good base for exploring the wonderful city of Siena. Best of all we had a room with a stunning view.

Air conditioning unit in our room had an annoying buzz, every one to two minutes, persisting for sometime even after it was switched off. This disrupted our first night’s sleep

Went to Siena to watch the Palio, this hotel was a great option. It’s just outside the walled city with amazing views and a pool!!!! The breakfast was good, bus stop a 100m from the hotel and everything you need close by. I would recommend this hotel, especially with a pool to cool off after walking around all day.

These are minor dislikes, the curtains could be thicker given the long sunlight hours in summer and longer pool opening hours would be amazing but not sure if there are restrictions in Italy. Some evenings you come back to the hotel and you just want to cool down but the pool is locked.

Staff, location, free parking, dimension of the room.

Decoration of the room, cleanliness of the wc, we reserved double bed and get 2 single beds, breakfast is just ok, not great. No elevator to the first floor with narrow stairs. Someone were vacum cleaning one Night at 23:30 and speaking loud with someone in the room 15, we were on the 14.

Good location just outside city wall with parking & excellent views of Siena. Comfortable bed, clean, quiet room. Pool was a bonus. Breakfast was adequate with good coffee and tea. Ricardo was very informative.

Judging from low level mould in shower and some floor tiles, our room (16) obviously had a long standing issue with water not draining from shower, which resulted in unpleasant showers on first night. It was partially resolved for second night but needs permanent fix. A lot of pool equipment left around the pool all the time, spoils good view. Quite a few dirty ashtrays outside. Go earlier for better choice at breakfast. Slow, inefficient toaster for so many people.

The view of the city walls from the breakfast room was beautiful. We also found it to be a convenient location and only a 10-15 minute walk into Sienna. The continental breakfast was plentiful with a great selection of food and the staff were all attentive and helpful.

The bedroom was very clean, the en-suite was a little tired, some areas of the shower could do with a scrub.

Location is awesome, 15m walk to Ik Campo! The pool is a gift on/after a hot day. We found the option to get some food and drinks at the pool very nice and convenient. The coffee (!) and breakfast is in buffet, Italian, cold cuts, cheese, fruits, yogurt, etc. Staff are sweet and smiley. The room is spacious, proper airco, had a lovely view of the city. Would book this hotel in a heartbeat when visiting Siena. Especially during Palio, because of the parking.

Bit dusty unde the bed, but small niggle.

The location of this hotel was excellent for visiting Siena. The swimming pool was an added bonus - we didn't have time to use it. The view from the breakfast room was exceptional. The pressure of the shower was so nice. Beds were comfy. Lady at reception was lovely.

This is a simple hotel with little features you don't expect - gym, pool - nothing to complain about....
