We sincerely want to thank the owners of this cozy hotel! An incredible place where we still want to return. First of all, we arrived in Siena after 23.00, but the owner immediately contacted us and wrote all the necessary information, Wi-fi password and even more. The location is simply luxurious, the heart of Siena! We booked a room with a shared bathroom, but the owner nicely gave us a room with its own bathroom, it was very nice, after almost 3 days of the trip! The rooms are very clean, there is everything you need: towels, hair dryer, soap. There is a small supermarket 3 steps from the hotel, also the owners kindly told the place with delicious coffee and cornetto!) The style of the hotel is a cozy Italian classic, what we were looking for in Tuscany, come here, you will not regret it! The owners are just gold, Siena is a dream city, we wish you to come back here and stay here!!!!

Obviously, the location of it. Right at the centre. Just a few steps from Piazza de compo. Got all the necessary shops/gelateria and restaurants nearby. As for the rooms. I stayed in room 14. Beautiful Italian room. Big bed. Window with a nice view. My own bathroom. Cleaning was done every day. Lights are working.

At my arrival, it was clear that someone had been smoking in the room. That's a big no-no for me. The shower floor could use some scrubbing. Other than that. Nothing Now I don't know if there was a kitchen. If so, I wasn't made aware of it.

The hotel has very kind and attentive staff. The rooms are clean, tidy, and pleasant. Despite having a separate bathroom, we were comfortable. The hotel provides good breakfasts. Check out is at 11 am, which is also quite comfortable. We had to leave Siena later, so we were given the option to leave our suitcases for as long as we needed. I recommend this hotel as a very good price/quality option.

Fantastic location, quiet, despite being right in the centre – just off one of the main streets of the medieval city, with a supermarket and the Piazza a few minutes away. It was very quiet despite me travelling in August and loads of tourists on the streets. There are shared bathrooms but I’ve never seen any other person using them or walking around the hallway. For literature lovers – in this hotel lived Zbigniew Herbert, a Polish poet

very nice staff. excellent location, close to the famous horse race plaza. Room is adequate, frugal, the basics. bed was comfortable, room clean and quiet. (received an excellent dinner recommendation at La Taverna di Cecco, excellent food, excellent servers, priced reasonably, family friendly and/ or romantic enough for a couple seeking a perfect intimate dinner)

challenge getting the ceiling fan for work. it is by trial and error to figure it out. we opened our window and had adequate circulation for sleeping. in the morning, a little more experimentation, and I got the ceiling fan to work. Also, the shower nozzle, which is one of those that can be removed and used as a hand shower, it has a big leak, so be prepared to get sprayed when you turn it on. I think a little plumbers tape could fix this. even so, plenty of hot water and good pressure!

I really liked this place, located right by the Piazza of Siena. The staff was nice and even let me check in a bit earlier since my room was ready. The room itself had everything I needed and was cleaned daily.

It would be great if there was a little lamp that can be reached from the bed, instead of the one on the little table. Other than that, no complaints! :)

Location excellent, convenient for centre of the city. Interesting old building. Got there late, they sent us email how to get keys and access l.

Water in shower was only warm. A bit of talking noise in morning in the narrow street outside. Noise in daytime caused by slamming doors in the hotel ( not sure what caused this but happened both days.

We had stayed in this hotel once before 35 years ago and I was happy to be returning after so long! The hotel is basic (shared bathrooms for example) but in a great location in the centre of Siena

I didnt know that there were actually rooms with private bathrooms, so next time I will book early enough to request one!

Very central in the city of Sienna, you're close to everything. This is so nice when you're in a city, especially because Sienna has many hills. It's a sober hotel, we didn't expect too much but the bedding was fine, bathrooms were shared but clean. Also, we got breakfast while we didn't book this.

Towels were not great material & lots of doves making noise in the inner patio.

The staff were lovely. Great location!

Shared bathroom per floor which didn’t accommodate for the amount of people. Got a double bed which was 2 single beds put together which was uncomfortable for my partner and I.
