Excellent location, very close to the central piazza and most attractions. Well-maintained and very friendly, helpful staff. Incredible view!

Beds were made and towels replaced every three days but otherwise no cleaning was done in the rooms (we were there ten days so it would have been good to have some cleaning). Also there are 114 stairs to climb which would have been nice to know - I would have packed lighter!

I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough! I absolutely lived staying here for 4 nights and found it very difficult to leave. The location is amazing. the view from my room window was astounding and it was very quiet and comfortable. I was expecting the flights of stairs and it didn’t bother me at all. The owners were very helpful and pleasant. I even lived the fact that thrtea wasn’t a TV in the room!

The amazing view of Siena is well worth the 5+ flights of stairs to the apartment!! So well thought out apartments in the centre of beautiful Siena. We didn’t use the shared kitchen facilities as there was just too much exploring of Siena to do, but it was really well equipped. Apartment was lovely and clean, checking in was easy and no issues. There is a lovely balcony too - drink wine and enjoy the views. See photo attached, the first one is the view from our window, the second one shows the apartment at the top of the photo. Would definitely recommend staying here for the views alone!

Nothing - just be aware of the stairs

The absolute best room I had during my travels in Italy. The staff was really friendly and helpful both on site and when reaching out to them online. Its placed in the center of Siena and I had a big room with two big windows so you could see 180 degrees around you. Comfy bed, modern bathroom and plenty of power sockets. A common kitchen was available with refrigerator/freezer and great free coffee. Lastly but not least, the terrace offers probably the best view in Siena. Total view over 180 degrees and the other way than my room so still stunned about the total view from this place. So here you can enjoy the sunset with a fine wine and a heavenly view. Cant recommend this place enough!

It wasn't a huge problem for me but there's only stairs and 6 floors of them. But that's a good way to burn of all the nice wine and cheese your going to enjoy during your stay

Lovely room, decorated nicely and great location. Communication with the staff was easy and I was able to leave my bag before check in time. The outdoor terrace views are wonderful.

Nothing really, but being a Saturday night and in such a central location, it was very noisy until late into the evening. This wouldn’t stop me staying again but I might bring earplugs!

Helpful and friendly staff, a superb location in the thick of Siena but yet tucked away enough for a peaceful surrounding with beautiful terrace views and comfortable bed.

A nice little mini-bar would be welcome if only to place chilled water or beverages, and unfortunately not all rooms have windows to see the outside world. Be ready to walk a few flights!

The most incredible view from the balcony overlooking Siena. The balcony is directly accessible from the shared kitchen. 113 steps walk up five floors from street level truly provided fabulous exercise, though you should know this in advance. I worried needlessly about carrying my roller bag up 5 flights but they provide an amazing “lift” for the bags so it was no problem. Bags can be held in the common area for a while (eg, 1pm) to allow you to walk bag-free around Siena. Fabulous views from the rooms. HIGHLY recommend this place, steps from restaurants and 3 minutes walk from heart of Siena, the Piazza del Campo. Great owners/hosts, too. Historic building. LOVED IT!!!

The communication was excellent, room is clean and comfortable. The VIEW on the balcony and my room worth every penny and every climb! It’s on the top floor, I could see it being difficult for some people to climb, roughly 110 steps up I think… I loved it, it’s quite common if you visit/stay in the old towns in Europe. However. if you use wheel chair, in your 70s, have health issues, have a lot of luggage, it probably not for you.

Kitchen area only had a microwave but you can borrow crockery if you need it - we like to make some local foods for meals … Be aware if festivals for noise at night ! You will certainly get your steps in as the rooms are very high up.

Lovely place to stay in Siena, amazing view in the morning with a balcony to have breakfast overlooking the valley. Hosts sent us a tip for parking since you‘re not allowed to park in the city. But close enough to walk.

Construction noise was too loud to leave the window open at night, but that‘s not the accomodation‘s fault.
