The location was good, walking distance to all the main parts, on a nice little square, balcony was small but as described and is a nice feature to the room. Free coffee upstairs and a roof garden that I stumbled upon. I got a message that my room was ready well in advance and an offer to look after bags if I needed before I left. Very friendly staff, I felt that I could ask for anything. The restaurant below did me a takeaway pizza for £6 (€7) which was fabulous. The shop below is expensive, avoid.

I struggled to find the entrance but as you look at the main frontage with the balconies, the front door is on the right hand side to the right of the restaurant. There is noise out front until quite late at night but this didn't really bother me but it might some people, nothing the owners can do anything about. The bed was firm, I got on with it ok but I can see how others might not. The shower was small but again ok for me, if you are a larger person you might struggle a bit. TIP: don't walk down any hills or steps if you're not prepared to walk back up, there is a lift for €1.10 each way, some hills don't seem too steep on the way down ........

Location is fantastic and great value for money. We loved the location so noise wasn’t a problem for us but if you want a quiet space this isn’t for you; the local karaoke bar played into the night and the clientele weren’t the most musically talented!! Hosts were great with quick communication and good service.

We asked for a room with a private balcony which the property confirmed, saying our room did have a private balcony but when we got there we were given a shared balcony with another room. Avoid room 201 if you can as the coffee machine for all of the hotel is right outside the room and it’s very noisy machine!

The property is located over a small restaurant/ coffee house, and there are several stores for food and drinks and odds and ends within a stone's toss, which made this a super convenient place to stay. It is located at the beginning of a traffic calmed area, which meant that the cab was able to drop us off at the hotel and that we only had to pull the suitcases for a short distance when we were exiting the property. The street that it is on is one of the main walking roads, with lots of shops and restaurants. Off of the main road are lots of other smaller streets with shops and restaurants and it is very easy to navigate. My favorite thing was the rooftop patio. We would pop up for a beer or glass of wine at the end of our day and listen to the people or the music from a nearby cafe. Of all the places we stayed in, this was the only one with an inwall safe.

The stairs were different heights and quite high for the better part. I have no idea how many times I tripped up those stairs. I thought that the rooms would be a bit larger from the pictures on the site. The showers were a bit small, but the water was hot, and the tiles were clean. My air conditioner worked perfectly but my travel companions did not, and their room was warm and stuffy.

Location was great, very near the main high street and bustling. Room was very clean and although quite small, met our expectations. Really appreciated the free coffee machine located on the 1st floor!

A bigger shower would've been better but we did just fine with the one we got.

The location is amazing, right off the “strip” where you’ll find local shops, cafes and restaurants. 15min walk to the train station, easy local buses nearby, and 15min from the port - everywhere is so accessible from walking distance. Our hosts & employees were great, very kind and helpful. Free coffee from the machine too! A terrace area for use as well as your personal balcony looking onto the square. Aircon was a blessing! Room was immaculate and cleaned every day, fresh towels too. Plenty of restaurants to chose from nearby.

The WiFi didn’t work, the QR code didn’t allow connection, service throughout apartment so it was alright. There was a construction site across from the apartment which was loud at 8am (probably an unfortunate isolated incident). The bed was firm, not to my taste but everyone is different.

We loved this place. It was so nice! Beautiful view from our balcony. I just loved it there and I wanted to stay. Sorrento is a fun town and a good place to stay for visiting Capri and the Amalfi Coast. Loved the free coffee! Loved the little shopping streets. There is a little shop downstairs where you can buy food, water. Also a restaurant where we bought breakfast.

The walk to the hotel with our luggage is a little long, but we are in our 70s. We always walk if we can. We did it in about 20 min from the elevator from the harbor. And again to the bus station when we left.

Nice and very comfortable. The rooms are in the center from where you can reach each part of the city, bars and restaurants. The room is cleaned every day, the bed was very comfortable(hard materac as i like). And the bar downstars was trying not be very loud in the evening , however you can still here the outside life, which is normal sleeping in the city center. There is a small place were you can deposit luggage for a while before leaving.

Hmmmm, the water from the shower was coming out, so it was always a lil wet there.

Everything was very good, vending machine was free upstairs along with a paying food and cold drinks choice if you wished for it - really nice large room we had with terrace and central to old town - in fact everything. Sorrento tries really hard to keep litter down and its one of the cleanest city main tourist area I saw. They are trying hard.

Slightly noisy but you would expect that in any city not inside the hotel only noise from outside in the street mostly in the morning but nothing the property can do anything its normal life in a city.

We loved our stay at the Blueroom - in fact, we loved it so much we want to go back. I feel awful because I can not remember the name of the gentleman that met us to show us our room, but he was incredibly kind. He walked us to our room, showed us the amenities, and told us the best places to eat and see. The location was perfect, the bed was comfy, and the cappuccino every day was wonderful. He even found out it was my husband's birthday and gave him a bottle of limoncello. It was one of our favorite stays while in Italy. I can not recommend the Blueroom enough. If you can stay at the Blueroom, I would jump on it.

We had a little bit of an issue finding the place. If you have not been there, it is close to the hospital and pretty much a straight walk from the train station once you get on the right road.

Very comfortable beds, excellent air conditioning, EXCELLENT location, beautiful rooms, great value. Most importantly the owners could not be better at accommodating our absentmindedness. We left the keys locked in the room, and within 10 minutes they arrived to “save us”. My friend accidentally left her passport in the room, and they had it overnight shipped to Rome. This is our second stay at the BluRooms. It feels like home and family. For my Birthday they surprised me with a bottle of Prosecco and chocolates for all! How wonderfully thoughtful. There are so many good people in this World. We couldn’t have had a better stay. We absolutely love the BluRooms!!! Grazie Mille!!
