The hotel location is perfect. The staff was so very kind and helpful. The room was so clean every day. The breakfast on the terrace was a dream. It’s only been a week and we miss it already!! Can’t wait to visit again.

The location is perfect: easy walking from the ferry and the train. It's in a central location in Sorrento.

My only complaint is that the desk is only manned a few hours in the afternoon, so if you arrive before 3:30 you can't check in.

A lovely boutique hotel in the centre of Sorrento. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. We got great advice on what to do in Sorrento and where to eat. The hotel is spotless and the room was beautiful with 3 small balconies. The bathroom was massive.

As it's on the main Street it is noisy so earplugs recommended!!

Residenza IL Campanille was quite the experience.First of all its location was unique in the center of Sorrento ,providing easy access to all locations within few minutes. The room was extremely clean with lemon freshness overwhelming everywhere. Towels were replaced in daily basis. Breakfast served in the roof "garden". The highlight of this stay was the exceptional hospitality of the hostess Loredana. We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to her who was always available to assist and guide us through with a big smile. She is a big asset to this residence , overflowing the place with love.

Nothing to add. Only thing to take into consideration is that you will need to rent a parking if you are travelling by car.

The decor was simple but charming and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was a nice touch each morning and the receptionist was helpful with local recommendations.

While I loved the location for shopping, sightseeing and restaurants, logistically for luggage on arrival and departure, I did not realize the hotel was on a a pedestrian only street so you have to drag your luggage from the nearby square. Also, no elevator in this building so you have to carry it up the stairs yourself. Not a major concern but something to note for those that do not pack light. Also, the location is in a nightlife zone so there were people on the streets making noise until late - again just something to know if you are a light sleeper or need silence.

We loved this hotel! Loredona, the manager was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. She spent 20 minutes with us when we first arrived, showing us a map of the area and everything that was available to us. She made recommendations, offered to book a tour for us, and was very friendly and nice. The breakfast was plentiful with a nice array of choices, and the view of Sorrento was beautiful from the terrace, where we ate. We highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are very clean and pleasant, and the hotel is nicely updated.

The location was fantastic. Our host Loredana, was the most warm and welcoming person you could have wanted to great you at the door. Her communication on whatsapp helped massively, ir made things really simple. She had great knowledge of things to do and places to eat. After the drama of actually arriving in Sorrento from the airport (on a national bank holiday), the accommodation was everything and more. It felt newly refurbished, was sparkling clean, the bed was comfy, the AC worked fantastically and to top it off, the balcony looked out onto one of the main pedestrianised streets just off Piazza Tasso. Furthermore, directly outside our hotel was a gelato shop, selling some of the best Gelato we've ever tasted (recommend hazelnut, caffe and pistachio). We were lucky to arrive on an important national holiday and were treated to a fantastic fireworks display that practically everyone in Sorrento must have watched. This accommodation will not disappoint. There is a quaint little terrace where breakfast is served and the views are stunning. If we ever come back to Sorrento, this accommodation is on the short list!!!!

My friend and I stayed here for two nights, and were immediately blown away by the amazing location - in the heart of Sorrento. We were then greeted by Loredana, who provided us with an exceptional introduction to the city and gave us really wonderful and honest recommendations to local spaces in Sorrento. The rooms were modern, plush and extremely well equipped - better than some 4 and 5 star hotels. They had interesting details that made each room unique and every room had a balcony overlooking the central strip of Sorrento (from what we could tell). The breakfast was also an added plus, with exceptional (unlimited!) espressos and a wonderful spread of traditional Italian desserts baked daily in a local town above Sorrento. Truly wonderful. As for the service, Loredana really excelled in making us feel welcome to the city and the hotel. At every turn she offered us assistance, recommendations and even managed to get us a last minute booking at a really great beach club on a Sunday afternoon. She really brings the place to life, and my only regret is not staying longer. Despite staying at designer hotels in Rome and Florence in the weeks prior - her warm demeanour and dedication to her guests was nothing like I’d seen before. It was a tremendous pleasure staying, and I hope to stay again soon. You should book this place.

The location was perfect, the staff was lovely, helpful and friendly, the breakfast was lovely and so was Antonella she looked after us at breakfast and also cleaned our room perfectly, but all the girls was lovely, we would definitely stay there again.

There is nothing that springs to mind but if anything it would have been nice to have the choice of boiled eggs for breakfast.

Loredana was so kind and approachable and gave great advice about where to visit in the area! The location was incredibly central but the setting still beautiful, with gorgeous views from the big windows. Breakfasts were wonderful and included in the price, hosted on a beautiful rooftop with optional indoor seating. The room was bright, beautifully decorated, and well stocked with simple tea and coffee fixings. Bathroom was also well stocked with plenty of toiletries and other amenities (hairdryer, amenity kit, etc.). Truly a beautiful building and a wonderful host— my expectations were exceeded and I so enjoyed my time in and around Sorrento!

There was a bit of street noise but this is unavoidable given the central location. Nothing a good pair of earplugs couldn't fix, and Sorrento is a rather quiet town so it didn't continue throughout the night.
