Great location, great interior, kind host, clean and big room. Nothing to complain about the room! You won’t regret this apartment! I have nothing but good memories.

There is no elevator. You have to use staircases. It’s on the 2nd floor(US standard: the first floor is the floor above the ground floor, and the second floor is the one above that). I’m fine with that but some people who have heavy luggages can have difficulties.

The location is fantastic, as it is located at the very central part of the city. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and responsive. The breakfast is also great in a beautiful dinning room. The room is very beautiful with nicely decorated tiles.

At the entrance, there are some stairs which might be hard for elderly people to climb with bulky luggages. The staff is very helpful to carry the luggages for us, so that won't be a big problem.

We had 20 couples in our family group and we travelled to Sorrento for a family wedding. This property was exceptional. I liked everything about it but most especially the ladies who run it were so friendly and kind ax was the man who checked us in, nothing was too much trouble also it was spotlessly clean, the location was perfect and the food was amazing at breakfast!! Freshly baked Italian pastries with lots of different types offered. We especially loved the pistachio buns and the scrambled eggs. You would not get this quality breakfast in a fancy hotel. I know because some other wedding guests stayed in hotels and had to listen to us rave about our home cooked breakfast each day. A fabulous b and b!

I liked everything. All 10 of us liked everything. One night there was a band playing til 12 midnight in a local establishment but this was no problem for us however some people may not like this. It is very central so I think at busy times it might be noisy for some travellers.

This property is a professionally-run Bed and Breakfast (not AirBnB). It's in a quiet building off a very busy street and gives a feeling of sanctuary after being in the crowds outside. The staff were very pleasant (sketchy English but OK), the breakfast was good, with personal service. The room was quiet, air-conditioned, with a nice bathroom. The arrival hours were much more flexible than a normal hotel.

The property suited our requirements for somewhere comfortable to rest, with breakfast includes, so nothing we didn't like.

Breakfast and breakfast staff were lovely. Owner was polite.

I didnt like having to watch so far with luggage to get to the B&B and the taxi fare from the ferry was ridiculous at 20 Euro! I didnt like that we had to walk so many stairs with our luggage to get there. Need to have ore towel hooks in bathroom. Shower was bit small. Because of the walking only mall in front of the B&B we had to walk to meet tour operators, which wasnt too bad, but no front door pickups

The property is situated in close proximity to the train station and right in the heart of the town although the noise of the street did not disturb us at all. The rooms were spacious and airy and were cleaned every day. There is tea/coffee facilities in the room and complimentary bottles of water provided daily. The breakfast was delicious. Selection of pastries, yogurts and fruit as well as freshly cooked eggs, ham and cheeses. The lady that checked us in and served our breakfast was lovely and friendly. She really went above and beyond to assist us. This B&B is by far one of the best we have stayed in.

The breakfast was fantastic; rather than the usual buffet, they asked if you wanted scrambled eggs, toast, fresh cut fruit, and they’d make it for you, along with sweet pastries, yogurt and juice at the table. We ate so well! The room was beautifully decorated with pretty tiles and clean, and the staff were all super nice.

It was a bit noisy because other guests were chatting in the common areas upon returning for the night, but it was quiet by 11:30; it probably depends on who’s staying, but this seems to be normal for hotels in Italy.

Gorgeous B&B! We absolutely loved staying here. Comfortable beds, beautifully clean and well decorated rooms, plenty of amenities. Brilliant location in Sorrento with plenty of places to eat/drink/shop nearby. Staff are AMAZING and so accommodating to anything you need. Breakfast is wonderful with so many options. Special thanks to Stefania and Cinzia (sorry for spelling!) for looking after us. We’d love to return to Casa Astarita!

Nothing, we had no complaints for the 4 nights we stayed here.

The best location!! It’s very central, surrounded by restaurants, cafes and all the shops. I can’t express how truly great and convenient this location is! Only a short 10-15 minute walk to the port/marina. The view from the balcony is stunning! The room is a decent size with a fridge and great aircon! Lots of character and colour too! The room was cleaned on a daily basis with fresh towels and bottled water given every day. The breakfast was great and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. I felt very safe and comfortable! Highly recommended staying here!

It’s incredibly noisy at night. There are restaurants and bars just outside the accomm so you will get drunk people making noise until 3-4am and then it quiets down. Highly encourage bringing ear plugs! Probably not ideal for families with young children due to the noise. The bed also wasn’t the most comfortable and the pillows were hard. Depends if you like that or not. Also there were no tissues (not a big deal) but we had to use toilet paper a few times. Despite this, I would still stay here again and thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Our room was fantastic and handy to all the restaurants. The breakfast and staff were great. After a long day arriving late due to train strikes, Alfonso was always in touch with us and even carried my wife's luggage upstairs. I would recommend Casa Arista to stay when in Sorrento
