Lets start from location! The hotel located in the Yacht Club! When you opened windows you bumped to the yacht masts and sails . we were with a child so we really liked the heated pool, the pool can be said to have its own bar and they bring you drinks and snacks. The hotel provides bicycles with which you can ride to the beach or explore the town. hotel staff (in particular, the employee Rita served us, she was very nice, she thought about everything so that we would enjoy our stay. we arrived earlier and left later (of course we couldn't use the room, but we used the swimming pool, bathrobes, towels and bicycles and the parking lot even after check out time)

I think the hotel deserves 5 stars, so the requirements should be very high. That's why I wanted more choice at the breakfast 🍳 . And the hotel wanted it to be more fresher ( in terms of repairs )

Varied, very tasty breakfast, with hot and cold, sweet and salty dishes. Quiet neighbourhood, with free use of the bicycles everything is very easy to reach. Clean, uncrowded beach with a very good buffet and restaurant. Free umbrellas, sun beds, beach towels changed daily. The entire hotel is spotless, very clean and tastefully decorated. The restaurant serves local sea food, located in an elegant, beautiful environment.

There was no such thing. It would be great if half board was also available.

This is a superb hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. We stayed in a suite which was extremely spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is dog friendly and even supplied a dog bed and bowls. Breakfast was served in beautiful room overlooking the marina. The selection of healthy food was amazing, even having fresh honeycomb for your yogurt, eggs and bacon and a wonderful array of pastries and cakes. Free secure parking is available across the road which is a great benefit. Unfortunately we were only staying one night on our trip and it wasn't enough to sample everything the hotel has to offer. We will definitely be back on an extended stay next time.

What didn't we like? Nothing everything was perfect.

Spacious room, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. And finally a hotel with proper (bigger than 0.1l) glasses for the juice for breakfast, so I didn't have to run for refill after every other sip.

Two details, but I am nitpicking here: 1. The bed lamp next to the main bed is not suitable for reading, it only lights the bed table. And the main light is too strong for reading in supine position. So I was doomed to scroll my phone after dark. ;-) 2. The kitchen in the suite is equipped fairly good, but a stirring (plastic or wooden) spoon would be very handy. And perhaps a bottle of detergent (does not have to be full) and a sponge, plus a roll of paper towels.

Excellent breakfast, enhanced by freshly baked cakes and pastries, done by a fantastically talented Rebecca. The view from the breakfast room and some of the rooms is magnificent. Very professional and caring staff

They need to have their own water taxi for getting to Chioggia quickly. A hand-rail for the pool would be good. The times the pool is open is a bit restrictive - no swimming before breakfast.

I really like the place! Martina who greeted us were so nice and thoughtful! They had in mind that we stay with cat, suggested different options to clean the room so that she's not disturbed etc. So I feel that pets are welcome, not just allowed :) The parking is just across the street, you need a badge from reception to get in and out. There was plenty of space and it looked well maintained. The beach is about 10 (to the entrance) or 15 (to the beach and the waterline) minutes walk. We had sunbeds, umbrellas, shower and toilet included in our stay, we just had to show a hotel card to the staff. There's a restaurant onsite and a receptionist can book a table for you. It's quite sophisticated fish restaurant, plus bar with snacks etc. It looks to be in demand, so reservation might be a good idea, especially if you want to sit outside (when the weather is good). Definitely recommend to go there at least once (we've been there twice :) ) The hotel looks new and clean with touch panels for AC, contactless access badges etc. Breakfast was generous and sported a lot of options. You can also enjoy the view of the marina and the towers of Chioggia. You can walk about 30 mins along the marina to the medieval center of Chioggia with canals, bridges, cathedrals and historical buildings.

It could be cheaper, but realistically the pricing is reasonable for this area and services.

We had a suite overlooking the lagoon -- amazing view, great screens (so you could see the water but not let in mosquitoes), and pretty quiet. The rooms were spotless and spacious. Great kitchen facilities, including a full-sized fridge, and a lovely bathroom. Martina at the front desk was amazing -- friendly, informative, able to speak multiple languages expertly, and truly helpful. Finally, the beach to which the hotel gives guests access was lovely. It's a fifteen-minute walk but you can easily drive a car there if you have one. We were given umbrellas and very comfy chairs, there was easy access to snacks, showers, and toilets, and the water was warm and tranquil.

It was right near the large beautiful beaches as well as in walking distance to historical Chioggia. The hotel was beautiful with spacious suite and balcony overlooking the sea. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of options in a spacious dining room. The staff was very friendly and helpful

More openings to use the gym. Only one person allowed to use at a time.

The staff was young and very polite and very helpful every time we asked for information and/or other needs. The hotel and the room so very clean. We had our jack russell with us and she found a big bed, a blanket and bowls welcoming her! A nice and curated Breakfast and parking included! PERFECT

Not a thing.

The hotel was great! Beginning with the staff (so nice and helpful), location (perfect: near beach, not too touristy) and the service (bike rental).

This is really just meant as a minor thing (and we do not like to give a 10 so easily ;) ): the kitchen had not as much stuff as we would have expected (like a big pot for cooking noodles). And the breakfast served in the hotel is not its strong suit.
