Our room had a wonderful outlook, very quiet and dark after a very long day's delayed flight travel. The hotel emailed in timely way and responded to me very quickly. Room and Ensuite standard of cleanliness was wonderful! In the morning we went for a walk, then an amazing breakfast served by super friendly staff at the hotel then swim at the beach. The cab ride was excellent, booked ahead and organised by hotel front reception. He was an honest cab driver who took us to our cruise departure terminal with no issues or concerns. Sottomarina is my new favourite beach spot.The local community too was excellent, local shops were very high standard, friendly too. It was nice to be left to walk around and not approached by every second person in the street trying to sell you stuff. There was sign up at the beach that made it illegal to sell without the right permit too.

Friendly staff, clean, well maintained (but old) and excellent loacation. We liked it, and most likely we will be back if we go to Chioggia again for a new cruise. Excellent choice and highly recommend hotel. Price/quality was among the best I've had for years. Well done.

They could improve on their English speaking, after all, a lot of tourists are non-italian. Lunch menu and service was really bad. Way to little choices, extremely small and expensive. However, it was really good though.

The main lobby area, the restaurant and the pool are all superb facilities, they are up-to-date and well looked after. The breakfast was very nice and the staff were welcoming.

The room was a bit tired, it felt quite basic.

nothing to do with the hotel, but it was extremely windy one night which the howling wind made it difficult to get to sleep.

Hotel and its location and garden/pool area had a nice spacious feel, scrupulously clean with a high staff to guest ratio. Bedroom decor was pleasant, beds very comfortable, bathroom not too small, good and plentiful towels, large wardrobe and in room safe. Small mini fridge. Pool area pleasant with just about enough loungers and umbrellas (no additional cost). Nearest beach is Clodia, where the hotel has its section of "private" beach 4 rows across x 16 rows back, adjacent to the beach bar "Break Point"- difficult to get an umbrella near the front as those are booked by returning guests year on year. Additional daily beach cost is €15 for umbrella and 2 loungers. Hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast abundant and good. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. There is a sweet little tourist train stopping just outside hotel that takes you to and from Chioggia for €5 per adult €3 per child, running during the evening until 23.00 (July). Covid regulations complied with, all staff & guests wearing masks in doors., sanitisers etc.

Staff was friendly, the room was clean.

The hotel bike was not in the best shape, but they were included in the price. The sea view was seen only from the corner of the room (was extra charged).

The umbrella and sit t at the beach was one of the most expensive I ever experienced in Italy .. 21 euro per day wow

Small room and no balcony/book with sea view and was on side on the top of entry.

Overall it was a good experience, parking was included, beach was also good, of course with extra costs, which is normal, location is very good, breakfast was fantastic, lots of options there, staff is very nice and helpful.

Missing of room balconies was a minus, but this is it and we know/assumed this at the time we did the booking, rooms isolation is very poor, you can hear practically any noise.
