Very near to the old town of Chioggia. All POIs are in walking distance. The owner family offers typical Italian breakfast und dinner. My absolute recommendation for a visit of Chioggia. Not easy to find. You must follow the one-way road Fondamenta Lungolaguna. You should park near Trattoria da Momolo. The entrance to the reception is behind that Trattoria.

Very interesting design of the rooms, each room has a name, our room was called Cinema and we had white screen as in cinema instead Tv and everything was perfect

We couldn’t have breakfast because the restaurant is very small and no space for food corner. The lady owner had to explain what she can prepare for breakfast, then she started doing, then she started to prepare the drinks for the couple who was there, it took about 20 minutes, so we decided that we can’t wait other 20 minutes to prepare breakfast for us so we left without even taking coffee. Owner should think about any other option

A smaller hotel with an excellent location. Shaded parking space for the car close to the hotel. Cozy, modernly furnished room, nice design, everything perfectly clean. The excellent Pizzeria Mary Rose belongs to the hotel. It serves excellent breakfasts for hotel guests. Pleasant and helpful staff, we will be happy to come back here in the future.

Nice apartment very close to the beach and port. You get access to a hut at the beach with sunbeds and chairs. (Which is perfect to lock up your valuables while going swimming) There's also bikes for you to take. We mainly explored the city by bike and it really elevated our experience since everyone else is biking too. We'd definitely recommend checking out the owner's pizzeria for dinner too! If you're planning for a longer stay you can wash your clothes in the washing machine and hang them up on the balcony no problem.

With the descriptions sent, we couldn't find a place to park our car at first so my father had to wait in the car while I went to the reception. The owner immediately showed us to the designated parking spot though so it wasn't too bad. Other than that we had no complaints.

I nice hotel in the north of Sottomarina. The room was fresh with a very nice bathroom. Recently renovated. Very nice and helpful staff, who even ran a pizzeria in the basement, where we had our breakfast. The breakfast was good. Free parking on the opposite side of the street. Sunbeds, umbrella and lockable cabin included in the nearby beach included. Even bikes for free.

Very frendly staff , very clean room and bathroom, location, free parking (100 m away from building-you get a park card that opens the gate). Coffee and Tea in room and a welcome fruit plate., Bed was comfortable, room was heated, bathroom floor as well. You could go downstairs in the evening to eat pizza in the restaurant - same one they serve breakfast in the morning

I was little disappointed to see hotel has a gym and to read reviews from other guests hotel provided bikes on spot, and none of those were offered to us. Also didnt expect to pay for table in restaurant (2 euro per person) otherwise we would order pizza and eat it in our room.

Fantastic place, everything was great! Parking place available (owner will direct you to a private parking where they have dedicated place). Similarly, there is a dedicated place in nearby beach, where you get key to a shack with sun beds, chairs. There is a nice restaurant and bar on the beach. We have stayed in apartament "Vintage" which was perfectly clean, with comfortable beds, and spacious bedroom with both shower and bathtub (towels and hairdryer included as well). Delicious breakfast available downstairs (both savoury and sweet). It's possible to rent a bike, no charge. Grocery shop and restaurants close by.

Each room is uniquely decorated and the Cafe is beautifully decorated in a Steampunk Motiv. Breakfast is served at your table once you place your order There is plenty of fresh fruits, fruitsalad, variety of yogurts, variety of pastries, variety of fruit juices, bottled water, coffee beverages as well as choice of breakfast cereals and hard boiled eggs to choose for breakfast. I stayed in the cinema room which faced the beach. The bathroom was spacious with double sinks. Housekeeping was impeccable and the refrigerator was fully stocked with a large variety of beverages and snacks in various sizes. The room had gratis a fruit bowl and coffee pod machine with coffee and tea varieties. The bed was firm but comfortable. The location is super convenient and very quiet. The hotel has its own private parking for hotel guests. The price was very reasonable for the off-season. It's the most modern, stylish but affordable family owned B&B hotel in Sottomarina. You will find no higher quality or better value B&B in the area.

Our apartment was extremely comfortable and well outfitted with a good kitchen area adjacent to a small living room space. The bathroom was large with a nice shower. The bedroom was of an adequate size with a very comfortable queen bed. Everything was extremely clean. Our host was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast in an adjoining restaurant was very nice. We would definitely recommend this hotel and it was in close proximity to the cruise ship port in Chiaggio.
