Our family of four (including two adult-sized teens) spent 1 night at Zibibbo Suites. Our room was clean, air conditioned and spacious with a separate primary bedroom, kitchenette, washing machine and dining area. We were able to do laundry, and set it out on the drying rack provided. We were on the 3rd floor and used the elevator. The receptionist was very helpful in directing us to nearby parking, providing a map and recommendations and answering our questions. We were able to easily walk to all of the main attractions in this lovely town. We would stay here again!

We had a great stay at Zibibbo suites! Unfortunately my sister became sick with a bad stomach bug. The staff were very helpful with suggestions for a clinic, and calling pharmacies. Eleanora in particular was very sweet and helpful! She gave great local recommendations for the city, and was so helpful for my sister. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and had a small kitchenette for cooking if needed.

There was no coffee included with the room price. The street noise was loud (but in my experience Sicily is always loud).

First of all we arrived to the hotel after loooong and sleepless night,, 3 with kids. The service was brilliant. Very fast and informative communication. We got rooms earlier. I know that very often hotels don't give check in earlier, even the rooms are ready. Girls "saved our day", we got the rooms about 9-10am. Also got great info about restaurants, taxi, beaches... Everything just in 2-5min walk. I'm very thankfull for such a great service. Our stay in Trapany was Great, thanks to You! Will definitely be back

Location was excellent in the old town of Trapani very close to the cathedral, sea, port and lots of bars and restaurants. The room we had was an apartment which was very spacious and comfortable. Bed was comfy with lots of pillows and it was nice to have a comfy sofa in the lounge. Good shower and although we didn't really use it, the kitchen was a nice addition if you wanted to cook a quick meal. The staff at reception were lovely, polite and very informative on Trapani and how to get about. We ordered a typical continental breakfast once which was substantial, we didn't finish it all. But then opted to eat in the many nearby cafes. I highly recommend the restaurant downstairs, Ma'cri, run by a very pleasant couple, the food was delicious and homecooked. Also recommend Ai Lumi Tavernetta nearby.

It would have been good to have a table lamp or stand-up lamp in the living room, to give some soft lighting and atmosphere in the room especially in the evening. Doors to the small balconies were difficult to open. Perhaps a couple of pictures hanging on the walls to give a bit of a homely touch?? And a kettle to boil water perhaps??

The Location was very good. Next to restaurants and cafes. The staff was excellent in looking after us.and giving us information on things around the area If you want to exchange money the only place you can do this is in the main post office which is about 5 mins walking from the hotel. None of the banks offer this service!

The tea was always cold as the water was not boiled in the kettle but rather it was heated up individually in the microwave. Really strange.! In the end we just stuck to coffee from the machine 1 day we had breakfast in the room and the tray wasnt taken away even though the room had been cleaned. They must have forgotten.

Great place, gorgeous building in the middle of the beautiful old town, so everything in Trapani is walkable. We enjoyed staying at the apartment very much. The ladies in the office were very polite, smiley and helpful with tips for the local area.

Parking is an issue, but then that's what it's like in historic town centres in Italy. There is a place to unload bags very closeby though. Offering free teabags, coffee and water would be a bonus.

Good location, clean and comfortable. The quadruple room consisted of a bedroom and a sofa bed in the kitchen area. At check in we were given great suggestions on where to have dinner and breakfast. The terrace on the roof of the building has a nice view of the cathedral dome.

Wifi not great. At 7am there was a power outage and the alarm of the building across the street went off for quite a long time.

The property is in the city center, so it is very convenient if you are visiting Trapani, the appartment has everything you need. There is a patio on the top floor, with amazing views. The beach is near and its pretty.

We picked this property, because they offered parking, but the parking they offered was not managed by them or surveilled. It was pretty expensive street parking. The receptionist did not tell us about the patio, we found it ourselves.also, the property is in the city centre so expect it to be quite noisy

This was an excellent, spaceous apartment, with a very nice interior and basically met all of our needs. Also the plugs were normal (like in Western/ Northern Europe) and we didnt need transformers. Also they allowed us to check in early which was perfect as we got to go to the beach straight away without having to wait for the check in time.

Check out time too early 10 am, but that is common nowadays.

The staff were lovely, helpful and charming. The roof terrace only discovered on the final day, high up, but has great views and ideal to take a glass of wine /snacks. Great view. Also they helped clean frequently which I thought was an added bonus for an apartment. Great location, kitchen worked well too.

Parking a little limited but can be found up the road (use easy park app), and then it's easy. Apartment setup which was ideal but you need to use a bit more common sense to make it all work.
