The hotel was well situated and very clean. The room as well as the bathroom are a nice size and well decorated. The breakfast is good - it's in buffet form it has all you would need to be happy. They serve fresh orange, which is a very nice touch. There is an open roofed breakfast space as well a breakfast room. The people serving are very nice. If you arrive by car, you can drive up to the hotel to leave your suitcase and then find parking - which we did not find difficult. The communication through WhatsApp is very seamless with the hotel team.

There is absolutely no natural light in the room. I need light - so this is a big issue for me. The room has 2 balconies but they are not pleasant as you are almost touching the building across from you. There is also a terrace, but again you feel very boxed in.

Palazzo Gato gives you a true spa like experience, from the moment you walk in the place is filled with fragrance drifting in the air that wakes up your senses. Then you are greeted with professional Staff, who are willing to help you in any way possible. The rooms are quaint and comfortable, and most of all really clean. Breakfast is really substantial, with fresh squeezed orange juice, and sweet and savory options. The plates and silverware are absolutely an art form. The servers are really kind and helpful. This was our second stay at this hotel. Prime location in the old town, literally one minute away, yet very quiet.

There was construction going on on the top of the roof, which was quite loud in the room. But this is temporary.

Great staff and location! Room was very clean, bed comfy and breakfast well-prepared. Jacuzzi at the rooftop was a nice thing to do after whole day of sightseeing- totally recommend it! :) Can't say a bad word about the room itself; it was really exceptional!

Only area for improvement would be their Spa. We went for "Relax" massage which was advertised as "relaxing and deep." In reality there was barely any pressure put, masseur's phone kept vibrating (both at my and my partner's session), music (nature sounds) kept going on and off, which lead to a big disappointment, and as you can imagine the opposite of being fully relaxed. Worth to add that their other spa facilities (heard there is a sauna etc.) are not included in main price, you need to pay extra for that.

Location is perfect, staff are friendly and the room was gorgeous, clean, modern and also spacious.

The internet. There was no signal in our room on the 3rd floor and also the WiFi wouldn’t work in our room so we couldn’t use our phones when in the room. Breakfast could be better, small choice and also the cooked breakfast was very very minimal and not great.

Modern decoration, clean hotel right in the center ( which can be a little noisy around 01:00 AM. Parking can also be a problem. Breakfast nice but doesn't have the variety I expected. The Hotel's stuff were very nice and helpful

We got upgraded to an amazing room. The shower was one of the best we’ve experienced whilst travelling. There was a lot of mirrors which emphasised the size of the room. The breakfast was really good for Italy standards (few options but good options). The spa was relaxing (but requires an additional payment). And the location was perfect! overall one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in.

The sockets didn’t fit our European plugs and we had to ask for an adapter. There was a balcony but the view was of 3 brick walls (so a balcony was pointless unless you’re a smoker maybe)

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and modern. Parking was easier than we expected so trust the instructions they give you and get the parking app. Breakfast was really good with local specialties and good coffee. The location is really good and everything is walkable with lots of good restaurants nearby.

Nothing-we had a great stay!

Everything was great! The service was exceptional, rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Location was prime!

The only negative thing I have to say is that you can hear the noise from outside and it’s pretty loud. Other than that it was a perfect stay.

Excellent location close to the main pedestrian area. Our room was comfortable with a small balcony overlooking the pedestrian-only street. Best shower I've ever been in.

No facial tissues in the room (small but annoying), and when we return, I'll ask for a room with an inside balcony: it's too loud looking over the street.

Facility in room was fantasy. Breakfast is excellent, it was not less and not too much over ( match the balance). Actually I was looking for the cereal (since I had visited Sweden about 25 years ago), please let me know the brand name or send the box picture to my e-mail for my favour. Once I thought to open exactly same concept hotel in Seoul, Korea after visit your cuty & functional hotel. So I even ask your desk who the owner is. Anyway it was good impression. Thanks.

So sorry not to use the spa experience this time.
