Room had a lot of space and a nice balcony overlooking the church in the vicinity of the accommodation. Cot was available for our baby boy. Breakfast area was also very good and the options also ok. Location is great for exploring the city. Really central. Everything worked really well with an online check in procedure and coming into the accommodation.

Parking is some 10 minutes away, but it is not too pricy, we paid around 10€ for a day. It doesn't have anything to do with the accommodation - it is a city parking. The area around accommodation is a bit noisy during the night and can look a bit scary because of the strange characters gathering around the above-mentioned church. We didn't have any problems though, it's just a feeling.

Great location, more or less within the city centre. There are also ample parking opportunities within easy walking distance (10 to 15 minutes max.) We used either P5 Duomo parking or Parcheggio Area ex Italcementi. The staff were very helpful, arranging (among other things) for us to be able to park in front of the building the night before we left. We also received the Trentino Guest Card, which allowed us free or discounted access to museums, public transport, etc. (maybe this is a common thing for Trento/Trentino, but it was much appreciated nevertheless). The room was clean and spacious and I quite liked firm and comfortable bed and pillows.

Breakfast was decent, but really nothing special. Pretty basic were offered. Being located in the city centre, the area around the B&B can get quite noisy at the times. It didn't bother us that much, but it may not be to everyone's liking.

Nice and spacious rooms. Well-equipped bathroom. Great location in the city centre, within walking distance from the train station and the main sights.

The breakfast was underwhelming as there was little choice and the quality wasn't great. Plenty of chaos because staff members are only present at certain hours. Did not provide information about the Trentino Guest Card which would have saved us some money on further journey. Somewhat pricey given those issues.

Nice decor, large room and bathroom, lots of amenities, close to centre. The lady who served us at breakfast was lovely. Efficient check in and easy access to room with pin codes.

The windows didn't block out the very noisy street below, it was noisy till 3am. The toilet was unstable and moved. The front door lock wasn't working and it was difficult to open. Our room had a table and beverage dispenser just outside the door so people would get their drink and talk 2 metres from where we were sleeping.

Room was very comfortable, with a good sized bathroom. Very close to the station and ultra close to all the amenities of the quaint town centre. Breakfast sheet was not a problem for us, saves waste and super convenient. Great communication on the day to retrieve the key to gain access.

The room was a bit bland; some features needed adding such as pictures or ornaments. Property very loud, echoing and pre-breakfast prep was very disturbing.

The room was modern and clean. We loved that it had a sauna and a bathroom with all the amenities. The breakfast was delicious and came to our room in the time slot we asked for! The hotel is very close to the train station and in a wonderful location! Apple store at the base of the building was fantastic to have right there and when needed to buy air tags. We loved the views in all directions (see pic!)

The elevator was so difficult to work. We schlepped our suitcases up 4 flights of stairs and we were tired from a long train ride. Beds in Italy are firmer than I like.

Very nice room with generous hanging and storage space and the bathroom was a good size, rare for Italy. The sunny breakfast room was a lovely place to start the day. There are gluten free and vegetarian options too. Being brought an excellent coffee by a handsome Italian man was a nice way to start the day! Even though this is a B&B there are some staff there during the day. There IS a lift, through the lobby on the right. It is small and the door swings open. Some reviews have said it was hard to figure out.....not sure why!

My room was the first one inside the entrance so could hear all the comings and goings. At first this was disconcerting as a solo traveller as it sounded like someone coming through my door. I did feel a little uncomfortable walking around on my own in this area and didn't venture out after dark. Apparently there is a tourist discount card available from your accommodation provider but there was no mention of this, perhaps my stay didn't qualify.

Fabulous location. Our room had wonderful views from every window. Good sized room Great shower Mostly clean but needs some more care. See below.

Lovely old building but not very nice entrance to property as it’s very basic and unwelcoming. Lift was noisy and old Radiators dusty and need a good clean. Same for balcony ( room 21) I missed an iron and ironing board No bedding for extra bed - we chose room as had two beds but I guess I should have stated that we wanted to sleep in separate beds. Price a bit high for what you get

Perfect location for rail travellers: seven minutes walk from station (and bus station), three minutes walk from the Duomo. The friendly staff are only present at breakfast time but they give you precise instructions as to how to self check-in. There is a lift, and my room was fine. You order your breakfast (modest, but good quality) in advance, to be taken in your room or in the breakfast room. You benefit from reasonable prices.

Some street noise from revellers in the night - well, this goes with the great location, in the pedestrian zone. You have to take the rough with the smooth.

Great location. Good communication regarding parking, luggage drop off, check in, breakfast order, door code, check out. Room was very comfortable. We stayed on the 4th floor with wonderful views of rooftops and the mountains. They stored our bags for a couple of hours after we checked. This establishment has a “young” vibe. Refreshing ! Highly recommend for persons who don’t mind climbing stairs (no lift).
