A very clean, tidy space with everything you’d need for a short stay. We only stayed one night and didn’t spend much time in the room and it was better suited that way for us as it’s a fairly small space! Still, lots of room for storage etc, bathroom was lovely and the bed was comfy too! We also loved the skylight window, you could close the blinds as you pleased too. Check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The location of the apartment is really great too, about a 5 minute walk to Treviso train station and bus links.

Amenities in the hotel were good such as snacks and coffee etc. Everything was really clean and well maintained. Fridge was handy. Host was communicative. We were able to leave luggage after check-out which was great.

Not that much light in the room but wasn't too bad. Bathroom gets quite hot and steamy after a shower and no window for ventilation. No reception etc which was expected but if you have questions you have to message the host via booking com and wait for a response (although to be fair, the response times were pretty quick, less than an hour).

A very central location, 5 min to railway station (3.7 eur train ticket to Venice 30 min road), 5 min to the bus statin to Treviso Airport (4 eur). Taxi from Treviso airport - 15 eur Very clean and modern Great communication in whatsapp for check in and out and to leave luggage Comfortable bed

Very nice hotel in a perfect location, just a few minutes walking distance from the train station and from the main square with shopping street in the heart of Treviso. Also next to the river side for beautiful long walks! Rooms are not very large but also not too small. Nice room service and receptionist who helped us with taxi service. We checked in with a code late at night which worked perfectly fine.

not much daylight coming from windows and not very good ventilation of the room, so we had to leave the windows open very often

Though we stayed at the smallest room, it had everything you might need for a short stay (even kettle for making tea, which was super nice). Room was stylish, modern, cozy, comfortable. Location is great. Recommend!

There was a nice but a bit too intense ambient smell (vanilla or something similar). As I am super sensitive to smells, I was glad we stayed only for one night so it didn't give me a headache.

The property is in the wonderful neighborhood in Treviso. Only 6 min walking distance from the train station . The PAM and Coin store right beside it and tons of great shops and restaurants in the area. The communication with the host was impressive. Treviso is only 25 minutes train ride from the Venice and way calmer city with a charm

There is a kitchen in the apartment but also signs all over “not for use” same goes for the washer in the bathroom- not connected to anything and “not for use” sign. We really didn’t need it but if you have those few things why not to make it operational? Just a thought.

It would have been wonderful here if breakfast was also served. But, after all, it's a guest house, not a hotel,

An excellent location. Rooms very comfortable and spotlessly clean. I had a minor issue with my room - it was a technical problem with the shower. I contacted the owner and a solution was identified very quickly and the problem resolved. That is really impressive as this is not a place where there are staff 24 hours a day. Very impressed.

It’s a minor thing but I would have liked to have been able to turn the air con to an even lower temperature.

Cleanliness (towels were changed every day), politeness (while chatting), snacks+coffee+water, very comfortable bed. We think everything was perfect. It was simple to get into room. Location - center of the city, close to some good bars, bus/train station.

We did not interract personally with stuff at all (3 nights here) due to late arrive. I'd like to get some map of the city / some instructions (e.g. taxi number, because uber is not work). Bidet that used in this hotel was not comfortable for us. However, we think this all is nothing in comparison to what this hotel is in total.

Lovely apartment style room, with lounge, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. Very spacious and comfortable. Some tea, coffee and snacks provided, but no milks/creams. Communication with Beatrice via WhatsApp was excellent, which helped as there was no manned reception. Air conditioning and wifi worked well. Location is quite central, but only a short walk to the train station and bus station. We left our bags as we had a late flight home, so Beatrice provided us with a new code for the next day to collect them.

Didn’t realise that there would be no physical person around to check in with, but an access code was provided to enter the building and obtain our room keys. Once we had the key, we could use this to enter the building too. So panic over! 10.30am check out is a little early, a little later would have been preferred
