Quite central, enjoyable short walk to the port, the canal and the town centre. Good food options near by. Very close to the bus and train station. Room was clean!

Nice, small flat, close to the railway station and in short walking distance from the old town. The bathroom was small but clean. We stayed during a few really hot days and the AC was functioning perfectly. Very friendly staff.

We went out for dinner in restaurants, so we didn't care much about the kitchen and it's equipment. The kitchen is missing some things. e.g. there is a frying pan but only one pot. No cutting board, no sharp knife and no kitchen towels. As mentioned. It wasn't important to us.

Perfect location in the city center, with easy access to the apartment. The apartment is very spacious with enough storage space. The bathroom was big and clean. You can find parking nearby at Molo IV (200m, 17 EUR day) or arrange it with the hotel in the garage. The apartment also has a nice terrace (looking at the inner side of the building), enough to drink morning coffee or relax before bedtime. This is not a classic hotel or apartment, it is more like a flat that you can live in. Bring some repellents as there are mosquitoes that easily fly in from the outside if you open the windows.

Some redecoration would not harm, but it is nothing important for a pleasant stay.

Not everything listed for the property was available…like a/c. Apparently the temperature outside decides whether you need it or not, not your personal comfort. Authorization to give us access to the a/c (remote control) was given on the following day. Although everyone kept telling us to “just open the windows “ and listen to the street noise throughout the day and night! Also, no clothes drying rack, coffee machine did not work… I know I could have kept going to the office to request the needed items but that’s not what you’re paying for. You’re on vacation!

It was a great appartment in the city center with a private parking (upon a reservation) just next to it. It is impossible to park in Trieste and the parking availability was really useful. The appartment was big with king-size bed and a big bathroom. There was coffee as a compliment from the hosts. The check-in time is from 3 pm which made us arrive later than we wanted, but everything after that was great and easy to access. Recommend for having really Italian experience with lots of sight seeing around, on walking distance.

The apartment is in an excellent location if visiting Trieste by train, just a little over 5 minutes walk from the station, but in the direction of the center of the city. The Grand Canal is just a few minutes away, and this craft beer fan was glad to discover the bar Hop and Rock, which is just a minute's stroll down the road too! There was a reception for check-in and check-out, which were both completed within minutes. The apartment was fairly quiet, you only occasionally heard some other people in the corridor, but closing the door between the hall and the main room cut most of that out too. Huge bathroom, good shower.

The apartment we took didn't claim to have a balcony in the description, but there was a photo in apartment type part of the booking page that contained one. We couldn't really imagine the cheapest apartment of the lot on offer would have that, so it wasn't really a surprise (and we spent most of our time out in the city anyway), but it could have been disappointing if we'd counted on it matching what we saw in the photo. In all other aspects, the apartment was what we expected.

Everything was excellent. The place was spotless, with standard furniture, and the location couldn't be better. The hotel staff was exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and made my stay truly enjoyable.

Besides the absence of private parking, there is a designated area for hotel guests to temporarily park while loading items. Additionally, public parking is conveniently located right in front of the hotel.

The room is very spacious & have all the facilities you can expect from a rented unit. The receptionists were extremely friendly and is always helpful in making sure you're well accommodated. I've arrived 1-2 hours before the official check-in time, after making a quick check, the receptionist was kind enough to allow me to check in earlier.

The building is a little on the older side. In November (when I visited), natural light rarely gets into the hallway/stairs, so at times (esp. upon evening - early morning), one is completely reliant upon the sensor lights across the building.

The appartment we stayed in was nicely decorated, bed was comfy, kitchen is big and toilet is nice. The heating is good and adjustable. The location is in the street near the center and the sea. When we arrived the keys were locked in the safe, they sent us the passcode before our arrival so we can get them.

For the price of the appartment it would be nice if the kitchen was better equipped. It had some basic things, but the electric kettle was very dirty, coffee machine is not in good shape, there is no cloth, no bowls.

Excellent location. Very clean and spacious. Quiet. Easy check-in and out. Great geletaria right opposite!

Lacked some items we'd expect e.g. tea towels, some utensils - has a kitchen but not very well equipped to actually cook much. Hot in the bedrooms as air con units are in the corridor outside them.
