Location, easy to get into town. Open street with cafes nearby. Queit and the night was peaceful. Enjoyed my little balcony, the clean room, bathroom & hangers inside cabinet. The lady staff[I forget her name now & i hope her husband is now okay] was extremely kind, sweet & understanding despite language barrier. I had a midnight checkout and was fully accommodated towards it. Would def stay again and I highly recommend a stay with them.

Centrally located (Very close to the Mole Antonelliana), clean and spacious room, with AC. Bed was made every day, and it was quiet at night. Definite recommendation.

The hostess is very kind and will make you feel at home ! We were surprized by the cleanliness of the bathroom. The hotel is very well located, we just had to cross the road to find all of the beatiful and famous location in Torino. I highly recommend those kind people's services. We came here by car and they offered us a place to store it. (I spoke Italian with the hostress so I can't tell if she speaks english)

It's a few minutes away from the city centre by foot but also close to Mole Antonelliana. The room was kept clean all the time and the owners were friendly regardless of the language barrier. The hotel was also close to shops, a bank, a pharmacy and a cafe. Very convenient when you need anything.

The location is wonderful and the owner was very helpful and welcoming. She made us feel at home and always showed care and respect. In addition, the view is exceptional and from one of the windows one can see La Mole nearby. There are also many restaurants and shops nearby and there is even a small food store where one can buy everyday necessities.

The location of the hotel is just great. It is a strong positive point. The host gave us a key for the private parking behind the hotel. It was really nice because there is just no place to park in Torino!! So we didn't want to move the car and it was great that we could visit the city without moving our car. However, the parking is reallyyyy small. I guess it is good to have a plan "B" if the hotel parking is full. Also, it was warm in the room (we came in December). Our windows faced the yard, so it was very quiet.

The main negative point is the fact that the host doesn't speak a single English word. Neither French. So make sure you have downloaded an offline *google translator* or learn some key sentences. Also, the fridge in the room was dirty inside but it is not a big deal as we didn't use it. The room itself was clean!! Also, there is no curtain in the shower, so the floor becomes a swimming pool quite fast. P.S. Don't forget to take some cash to pay *city tax* in the hotel.

Great location with free parking. The best of the hotel is the lady of the front desk, she is extremely nice and helpfull even though she only speaks italian. Very clean hotel.

The place was so nice. Very spacious and nice quality bathrooms. Increadible quality of stones used in the hallway amd floors. Spaceous coridors, super nice room. The hosts are super helpful and nice and welcoming. We didnt eat there nor breakfast, so we dont know. We arrived super late, and they made sure we had parking for 2 cars anyway. Super nice.
