Fantastic location - just around the corner from the Palazzo Madama, Royal Palace, etc. Outstanding breakfast buffet. Everything you could want and more. Good comfortable bed, Huge double shower (in our room). Big sink and space to arrange bathroom items. Good dry sauna (seemed like we were the only ones to ever use it) that heated up very quickly. Friendly staff. Provided feather pillows at my request. Mini fridge in room. Wifi stayed connected (unlike some hotels that disconnect you all the time). We even had a small balcony overlooking the courtyard. Many hotels don't even have windows that open.

The pillows were too big and hard. Even the feather pillows were too bulky and hard. There is a terrace but it's on the first floor overlooking the courtyard, so not the best. But it was better than not.

We came here for 4 nights and booked a premium king room with additional room with sofa bed. It was on the 4th floor facing to the quiet inner courtyard. At arrival we felt very welcome and everything seems very clean, rather new and neat here. Our room was very spacious and very clean. The breakfast was always very good and the cappucinos of my wife was never charged extra even. The staff is very hard working and always friendly. The room cleaning was just perfectly done. The location of the hotel is in the middle of the center of Turin. It really can not get any better. All in all we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and in Turin very much. We do not know why this hotel has some bad reviews. We will come back to this hotel when we are in Turin again for sure and hopefully very soon.

Just to be a bit picky the breakfast room does not have much natural light as it does not have any windows. That is really the only thing I can complain about this hotel.

The hotel’s location is perfect! It’s walking distance from Porta Nuova train station and many other attractions. It’s centrally located in the old town. I also felt safe there as a female travelling solo. My room was beautiful, spacious and very well appointed. It’s soundproof to a large extent (very important to me as I’m noise sensitive).

I didn’t like that the aircon for some reason went off during the night - no matter which setting I chose. I woke up every night as a result of getting warm and had to get up and reset aircon. There us also no flat sheet on the bed, so you either use the duvet - or nothing (which I don’t like). So, I didn’t sleep too well.

Location was perfect. Loved the interior decor and styling in breakfast / lounge area. Intimate yet lovely. Breakfast was excellent. Great coffee was the best element. Rooms were not big but were well appointed and bathroom was great. It was great to have conditioner and tissues readily available! Best feature was looking over a traditional Italian block courtyard and being able to open windows and have fresh air! Staff were wonderful.

Bed a little hard but everyone has different tastes re beds.

The hotel is right behind Piazza Castello so it is very central which makes it close to all the highlights of the city. The room was quiet and well organized. The bathroom was spacious and had a shower with a movable head which is great when you don't want to wet your hair (and not use a plastic shower cap). The best part was the staff who were very kind and helpful with any questions I had.

The room was really small, painted in a dark color making it feel even smaller. No drawer space to speak of. The toilet seat jiggled and the bathrobe had obviously seen better days. The bed was good but a little too hard for my back and felt it on the last day (3rd).

We were pleasantly surprised to find this hotel is now in the Indigo family. The hotel is in a great location in Torino, within walking distance of popular sites and great shopping. The rooms are very large and beautifully decorated. The bathroom is huge with a shower that could fit a small family. The breakfast is generous and delicious, covering all manner of guest preferences. Our only disappointment was that our stay wasn't longer. The staff was accommodating, pleasant and helpful with touring and restaurant suggestions.

Location just off Piazza Castello was fantastic! And Bus/Tram stops were within a minute walk, allowing us easy access to sites far from the city center in all directions. The staff was very helpful with a couple of wonderful restaurant recommendations and navigation hints. When we decided to extend our stay by a day at the last minute, they transferred our belongings to another room available on that day while we were off visiting La Reggia di Venaria. Both rooms were perfectly suited for our overall 5 day stay, including a spacious bathroom, comfortable beds, and pleasant balconies overlooking the courtyard.

Room was nice and the location in amazing

We had a room with a balcony and it was so noisy . It was the only four stars hotel during our stay in Italy that didn’t have sound proof doors . We couldn’t sleep until the tram stopped working . The air condition/ heater was also not working well. We had someone coming to check it without a solution so basically we were freezing in the room because there was no heater . The toilet also needed some maintenance .

Excellent location and easy to find. Very quick check in and check out. All staff really nice. Decent size room with comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent air conditioning and wifi. Good bathroom with plentiful hot water and easy to use. Huge breakfast to suit all tastes.

My score would have been a 10 but for the noise of waste water in my room. I was on the first floor and was aware of all toilet flushes and showers being taken on the floors above, so much so that it woke me on three of my four nights there. This has never happened to me before and really shouldn't in a 4 star hotel

The one thing I was most impressed with was breakfast; it was AMAZING! Every morning there is a selection of meats, cheeses, fresh bread, croissants, tarts, cakes, yogurt, a variety of fresh fruit, cereals, specialty coffee (of course, we're in Turin), and the piece the resistance for me was the freshly squeezed orange juice. The morning team is so friendly, helpful, and courteous, the front desk, especially Daniele. In the evening, there is a selection of complimentary appetizers to accompany whichever drink you may order (drinks are not complementary). The room we stayed in was spacious: a very comfortable bed, a mini fridge, and a spacious desk. Windows are soundproof. The location is excellent, 1 minute from Piazza Castello. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Torino.

In the evening it was not easy to find someone to make you a drink a the bar, understandable since there's only one person and the bar area is pretty empty in the evening.
