I really enjoyed the stay as the staff was very attentive and kind, and I appreciated the welcome drinks, snacks and postcard, which were nice surprise. The room was spacious and nicely cleaned and there were plenty of toiletry items. Amazing plus is the terrace on the top of the building, which had plenty of seating and nice view of the city, the interior of the building seemed new and modern.

The breakfast options seemed quite limited, and the location is bit further from the centre, however there is tram station right next to the hotel. For those who prefer walking it is completely fine!

This place is amazing, much better than we expected. The view from the rooftop is priceless, our room was spacious, clean and had all the facilities we needed. I appreciate that the hotel rooms are the two top floors so you get a nice view not only from the rooftop but also from the room itself. Also the location is great, with several bus/tram stops nearby but as the Turin public transport is not very reliable, it is better to walk whenever possible.

The only thing we didn't like, and the reason this is 9/10 instead of 10/10, was breakfast. The choice was quite limited compared to other places (of similar price category) we've stayed in. Also, the breakfast counter was in the sunny spot which I guess wasn't very good for things like ham and cheese.

New and well mantained property, most of the building is for students dormitories with the last two floors arranged in spacious hotel rooms. Huge windows, plenty of light and wide view over the hills and the river side pointing south. Comfy room and toilet, both larger than the Italian average for same class hotels, wide bed and decent size TV; complimentary water, coffee/tea pot and a drink voucher for two at the bar. Kind staff on check in and out.

Noise insulation could be improved, doors are very noisy, especially if other clients are not so polite... Breakfast could include some savoury options and a toaster. Room heating not fully customizable.

The staff is very friendly, the rooms were clean and they offered us a drink which was well needed after travelling for so many hours. The hotel has a free rooftoop with an amazing view on Turin and plenty of chairs so you can enjoy your morning coffee or tea while looking at the beautiful mountains.

Other tourists were quite noisy and kept slamming doors late at night, but that can happen in every hotel

The administrators were really friendly and helpful, told all the useful information. I asked quieter room on the last floor and my wish was granted. The view from the room was great, no traffic noise, even though it was between busy streets. The room had kettle, free M&M's (I don't eat them anymore, but a nice touch and had the chance to try them again), free coffee and tea, the towels were really soft, shower was spacious enough and water pressure was great. All in all, the room was modern and clean.

The beds were a bit noisy, but didn't bother me. Just didn't like that other hotel guests came to next room and started talking really loud, laughing, even though it was 2 am, so maybe room isolation is not too great. Location is not bad, 30 mins walking distance from city center. For us it wasn't a problem.

Close to city center, 20 min. walk. Good price, which gets even better if you are willing to wait until the last day.

At breakfast there were ONLY sweets. It can not be considered a breakfast, but rather a desert. You had to eat breakfast somewhere else and then go to the reception to eat the morning desert ... The sink in room 705 was stuck. The shower in room 705 and 605 were leaking a lot of water. After showering the entire bathroom was full of water and the towels were insufficient to clean.

Location was really good, and the room was huge. They had cold complimentary water in the fridge ready which was needed especially after a delayed flight and bus journey into Turin. Also I forgot my adaptor and they allowed me to use their charger behind the desk. I was also given a free coupon to claim a drink at the bar/coffee station. The shower was at a really good temperature throughout...it was perfect and powerful. The bed was huge which I really liked and a decent size TV on the wall. Laundry services, gym, pool table also available. Rooftop has very nice views across the river/ city up to the mountains. The view from my room was top notch across the river!

One staff member was rude and slightly dismissive...spotty face blonde/brown hair. I asked a couple of questions and she was not professional in her answers but all I did was brush the shoulder off as that negativity won't dampen the whole experience

Everything super good! The staff was friendly (one recepcionist wasn't so much but it was ok), the rooms are big, very modern and very comfortable. It's an amazing hotel, they have a lot of common áreas, a gym, and a big beautiful terrace with amazing views of the alps. Also, everything (rooms and rest) extremely clean. Wifi worked good, and they had smart TV. I would totally recommend this place.

Everything was perfect! It's true that the location is not super close to the center but it's not that far anyway and there are many options for public transport.

The hotel is clean, spacious, and staff are very friendly. Had an excellent view of the Po River and the hills beyond it from my window. There is also a lovely rooftop terrace from which you see the entire city. It was also quite silent. Check in and out couldn't be simpler. The only downside of the hotel is the location, since it far from the city centre (30 min. walking), and the neighbourhood has few attractions. Ultimately, the adequacy of the location depends on the purpose of your visit to Turin. The hotel is about 12 min. by foot from the University of Turin, Einaudi Campus. So in this sense it is perfect. For other purposes it may be less good. On the plus side, there is a hospital next to the hotel, and for this reason there is a taxi rank literally a few paces from the hotel. A trip into the city centre is about 9 euro (June 2022).

Location, if your main interest is the city centre. There are no restaurants, bars, or supermarkets too close, though you can find some around 500 to 600 metres from the hotel. See above for more details. There is a tram stop right in front of the hotel as well.

It feels like everything is in the right place, the rooftop is amazing and the staff is so professional. Then there's the perfect location, near the Mole Antonelliana and it's not so far from the train station. If you like to walk there's no need to take public transportation! When I'll come back to Turin I'll hope to come back to this hotel!
