I felt like a princess staying in this beautiful, spacious room. The decor was stunning and the balcony over looking the canal was the cherry on top. The girl who worked the desk was sweet and check in was easy due to the good instructions. The room was clean and the property felt safe. They watched our bag after checkout so that we could go have breakfast.

A bit pricey, but that is most of Venice.

Location was great. Near to main attractions, about 15 minutes walk to Piazza San Marco & about 35 minutes walk to train/bus station. Room is small, but nice. The only thing is careful with directions from the airport - Antiqula is a private company, & there is also a public transportation that is cheaper. To get to the property is much easier to get off a station before Rialto-I think it was something with “Oro”

The place was tidy, had a nice inner yard, the room had everything for a comfortable stay. Shower was nice and clean. Good facilities for a reasonable price.

The place is located in a street to which the only possible entrance was from super busy street. We visited Venice in January, I don't even want to think about summer months. Our room has only one window to inner yard, so we did not get light apart from the lights. In the booking site this place shows only their best room photos and it is not possible to see how other rooms look like. There were always a smell in the toilet from the sewerage system.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel and loved everything about it. The location is fantastic, being very close to Piazza San Marco and other main attractions, yet still offering a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process easy and efficient. Our room was beautiful and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and relaxing retreat after a day of exploring the city. On our last day, the staff kindly allowed us to leave our luggage, which made our departure stress-free. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, prime location, and charming accommodations.

The location is super close to the Ca de Oro water bus stop and when lugging luggage there are no steps to that stop! We chose the room on the canal and it was beautiful! The room has a high ceiling and lovely! Also very close to a launderette which was convenient as we’d been in Italy 8 days already!

The bed was 2 twins together and dipped in the middle so just not as comfy as others but okay. No breakfast and that’s always kind of a bummer. There was instant coffee but who wants instant while in Italy…No water in the room for drinking.

Quiet location just of the main pedestrian street in Canareggio. Old Venetian decor, confortable beds. We have the S Croce V bedroom in the ground floor with views to the canal, which was a surprise. The room accommodated my family of 4 with two teenagers kids sharing a sofa bed (pretty large size). Plenty of room to move around with sofa bed open and a sitting space. Central Venice is small and we were about 10 min from Rialto Bridge and 20min from Piazza San Marco. Location was good and quiet in the night. Receptionists were really nice and friendly providing all kind of suggestions and help.

There isn’t anything that we didn’t particularly like. It’d have been nice to have the breakfast included in the room fee as this is not a cheap hotel, particularly when they offered breakfast for an additional €7 euros per person. We tried it the first morning but it just wasn’t to our taste (it was nothing wrong with it) so we went to have breakfast out the following morning in one of the many places around. Overall a nice stay in. ***hotel who can accommodate families which was our main priority.

The location, decor, and attention to detail at this hotel made for an extremely luxurious and comfortable experience. There were little thoughtful touches everywhere. For example, shower caps were provided and there was a bowl with a variety of free candies available at the front desk. Details about check in, wifi, and other accommodation information were provided clearly. The thoughtfulness of the establishment was most obvious in innocuous things like the way the lighting was wired in the room so it was always extremely convenient to turn it off from wherever you might need without having to walk across the room. These touches were minor but combined with how incredibly beautiful the room interior was and how well located the hotel itself was, it really made for an amazing experience.

The hotel is a little pricey but in my opinion ended up being worth the money. The staff are also only present during the morning and are not super aware of the particulars of your booking. This results in a very hands-off hotel experience which actually appealed to us a lot but if you prefer more attention from staff you might find it less ideal.

The location of the property is great. Short walk from the train station. Even shorter walk from the Ca dˇOro Vaporetto stop. Easy acces to the whole city. Short walk to Rialto and you pass lots of great spots. Quiet and cosy.

The hotel is located on the second floor or 1st, depending where youre from. This means heavy suitcases need to be carried up the stairs. Not a long way but still. Also there is no breakfast at the location per say. The staff will cook it for you if you wish and bring to the room. If you are not fond of eating in bed then this is not an option. Coffee and tee is provided in the room but no creamer. Just ask the staff to make it.

The bedroom was beautiful. The bathroom was adequate. The staff communication was good and they helped to secure a private water taxi for our return to the airport.

Arrival. We had heavy luggage for medical reasons. I would have preferred to be directed to arrive at Ca d'Oro instead of Rialto. At Rialto, the porter wouldn't help because it was too far. A taxi wouldn't help because it wasn't far enough. We had to roll and carry heavy bags up and down stairs, bridges, and over stones through heavy crowds in the sweltering heat. It was miserable, and a low point of our two-week vacation travel.

Couldn't have asked for better with the location. Ten minute walk through lovely stores, cafes, and restaurants to San Marco, and some wonderful things in a 2 minute walk from the hotel too (like our best dinner while we stayed). None of the immense chaos nor price gouging that happens in San Marco. We interacted with different members of staff who were all lovely and helpful, the room was always totally spotless and it had a really cool and unique feel to it. If we did the trip again we would pick the same place, and it's quite good value (for Venice prices) for what you get.

We arrived in the afternoon and left quite early in the morning, and reception is only 8am-2pm, but it wasn't an issue in the end - we self-checked in and self-checked out.
