The property was very central, clean and comfortable. the staff were very lovely and accommodating.

At about 8am someone started vacuuming outside our room which was unpleasant.

It was not crowed outside

When you enter the room, it has an old smell, I guess, because of the furniture. They offer free dinner which is great for your budget cause venice is expensive however we eat the 1st day only and we had to wait around 40 min to get the food which was ok. The 2nd night we were waiting for almost an hour and we didn't even get the menu. staff saw that we were there but they didn't approached to say "we will be with you shortly " or something like that. They ignore us. Plus, the restaurant had so many mosquitos, so we just decided to leave and go eat somewhere else beside that the room was okay. We stayed 2 nights only so it wasnt bad. We would recommend them to take away the free dinner. .

Great location and a nice little hotel, just outside of the main tourist part so plenty enough reasonably priced cafes and restaurant. We also loved the free dinners at the nearby trattoria that came with the accommodation and found the food there great. Check in was easy enough too (even with no staff at the property)

Perhaps nit picking but we found the timer on the light switch in the bathroom quite annoying as it turns off after about 20 seconds, barely enough to use that bathroom, definitely not enough to have a shower without spending most of it in the dark. Not a fault of the property but i would strongly advise against opening the windows as we ended up eaten by mosquitoes so just use the air con and save yourself the trouble. Overall we didn't have any issues

Very nice location, the staff were very helpful and we could leave our luggage for free during our last day.

Quite a small room with only one electric socket, didn’t match the photos.

I Liked it that we had food for free that was okay and that the room and bathroom were clean. The personal was very friendly. There was soap in the bathroom.

To open the door you need to call the hotel, because there is no one at the hotel. But it’s easy because the lady response very quickly the phone and open the door. I think to open the door one can also ring the bell very long so the lady notice someone is there and open it without calling her on the phone.

The location is close to the train station (10 minutes of walking), it's in a great spot, it's quiet but also near the main alley of restaurants. Pleasant welcoming and clean property. I can't say it was cheap, Venice seems to be expensive, but it was cheaper than most other places and therefore the value for the money was good enough.

It was early spring and there was some heating but I would like 2-3 degrees more. No big deal but inconvenient. The shower can't accommodate fat people ( wasn't the case for me but worth to mention )

The location was perfect! Quiet little street in the middle of the town, easy walk from train station and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Room was clean and neat, small, but it met our needs. Staff was wonderful, even provided us with a corkscrew and wine glasses for our wine. I would stay there again!

Coffee pot with coffee in room would be nice.

Location and free dinner! The restuarant was quite shady but the pizzas and drinks were really nice!

It was difficult to access the premises. We called the given number and were advised to wait. I think we've had to wait for an hour or more. Eventually somebody invited us in. I guess that was the only inconvenience. Everything was grreat afterwards :)

Was a good price and excellent staff. Couldn't find the front door and the receptionist helped us lol. In general, it was a good room for the price. Bed was pretty comfortable and big.

The bed sheets were a bit dirty. Even after coming back from a trip, cleaning services appeared to have gone through, but they didn't changed the sheets. Also, they had body soap in the shower, but no shampoo/conditioner, but that wasn't that big a deal anyways.

The rooms were super clean and the staff were very helpful. It's very close to the station and the location is generally very good. It's close to lots of nice and not overpriced bars, shops, and restaurants, but is also down a nice quiet street. The beds were comfy and the air con was nice and cool.

It would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room, especially as it was so hot when we were there. The hotel decor is a little dated but nice enough. The lock on the bathroom door kept getting stuck, so we had to not close it fully.
