Decor was nice, the location was central, the hotel desk was open 24/7, tables and seating was available for meals and cocktails outdoors

It was cold in the room because the weather was colder than normal. Elevator was very small, with limited luggage space but it was conveniently located.

Perfect location, central but not too central, busy but not too busy. Very picturesque setting. Good size rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff - always greeted with smiles and politeness. Rooms and hotel immaculately clean.

Could have done with a kettle, but only a minor niggle. Some noise but unavoidable within a city. A couple of midges in the room but there were repellent plugs we found in a drawer for 2nd night onwards.

The hotel was perfectly situated, in a lovely square and 10-15min walk from both the water bus terminal to the airport (which we would recommend as a nice and easy way of getting in) and to the main touristy areas of Venice. The man on reception when we arrived was very friendly and super helpful at suggesting not only things to do but good reseraunts. We followed his advice and he wasn't wrong. There is also a nice restaurant next door which was lovely for a drink and meal whe arriving late. It is only a 3 star hotel, but for a 3 star we thought it was very nice and met expectations.

The only negative thing is the walls are very thin. This maybe common in Venice I am not sure. Luckily are neighbours were quiet, but if they weren't this would have been annoying.

The staff!!! They helped us with everything, gave information about what to do where , where to avoid eating cause you would need to take another mortgage 😀 The location is fantastic, you have in front of the hotel a few chairs and tables and can relax at the end of the day. The breakfast was plenty.

Asked for a double bed, but we only got small singel ones , shower and room could be a little bigger. The cleaning needs to catch up a little bit ... Dead moskitos at the walls But that was something minor for us, and we didn't even ask to get it fixed. We enjoy our time there

Fabulous location, very Venetian decor and lovely helpful reception staff. Set in a lovely square and very close to central Venice, about 10 mins walk from St Mark’s Square. Hotel was peaceful and the breakfast (Which we had to pay extra for) was good, lots of choice and nice pastries.

The triple room had very limited storage for clothes for three people, we had to live out of our suitcases to some extent. The double bed was actually two fairly lightweight single beds pushed together. The view from our window was very unattractive; just the back of other buildings. It would have been lovely to look over the square which was bustling and lively.

Great staff, very accommodating and friendly, fantastic breakfast, beautiful rooms (we had an amazing ceiling), comfortable beds (loved the pillows) and amazing shower!

It was very hot, we were there end of October and outside during the day was 16 degrees Celsius, I don’t know what happened in the building but even with the heating off the rooms were overheating and stuffy. They helped us as much as they could, and with the window open it was a bit better but of course because it’s Venice we then got attacked by mosquitoes.

My Fiancé is a type one diabetic and we had to call emergencies services to get her to the hospital. The entire staff helped us communicate and helped get her to the hospital. It was amazing. They cared so much for us. We will be back again. We will definitely be staying with them whenever we are in Venice.

Honestly, nothing. The hotel and staff were perfect.

was given a great room, everything I had requested. kind staff also let me check in 2 hours early. I was moving from one abode to another so it made a big difference. good breakfast and a quality establishment. the decor was gorgeous.

I was on the top floor by request so all was good but the elevator broke down. not anyones fault but the company responsible for the elevator maintenance. lots of stairs to manage but was fine. everything else was great.

The hotel is practical and rhe room is so spacious. The staff were lovely and so helpful. It is so central in a square that has a few restaurants and outdoor spaces for drinks. The restaurant next door was amazing. Such big surprise when we walked in. Bigger than we thought with amazing food. A little pricey but worth it. There are so many places to eat one bridge over onto the main shop street that are more budget friendly. Would stay again

Location, comfort, staff, and dining location were all outstanding. The room was exceptionally clean and came with the required amenities.

The breakfast was certainly complete. However, there were a lot of options that seemed like prepared or frozen food. The room was decorated and lit in a rather dull manner. It did not reflect the images shared online or that of a 1000-year-old building. Please note that the shower was unsafe; the water fluctuated from extreme heat to cold many times during our showers, and one could easily be burned without quick reflexes.
