We were a family visiting Venice for the first time. The owner was very responsive to emails. Katrina provided us with all the information about where we could park our car, which ferry to use, and access to the room as we arrived late. They tried their best to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was very simple but delicious. The room was clean and the bathroom was renovated. The locanda is minutes away from the most attractive areas. It's located in a quiet square.

This thing didn't bother us but is worth mentioning: spaces in Venice are very limited, and you should expect the same when it comes to buildings.

Breakfast not provided - the location was perfect. Although the piazza was very austere the interior of the hotel was nice.

No clear directions or map to find the hotel which was a drawback. Also It would have been nice to have had someone there to welcome us on our arrival, although Caterina and co were really nice and helpful when we saw them the morning following our arrival. Great to have a kettle and tea in the room but some milk (sachets?) would have been nice. Also they'd run out of biscuits on the second morning.

Friendly family running the place. Very good location for checking in from the pier and visiting nearby attractions. Overall good functional facilities. Lorenzo offered great travel tips for us. We're taken care of very nicely. Great value for the money.

We visited during summer with high 90sF temperature. Thus the AC in the room is little weak which took some time to cool the room. The shower stall in our family room was just big enough to fit our family which is relatively thin. Bigger folks may have a harder time.

We traveled with a six year old boy and a 9 months old baby and we had a great stay there. Very clean, amazing rooms, friendly staff. Very nice.

It was cold during the night as the heating wasn’t turned on (on the 1st of November) and we couldn’t turned it on ourselves as it was stopped by the management. Which was a bit uncomfortable as we had a baby and and a small child.

The location was excellent, being close to Piazza San Marco and San Zaccaria (so great when using vaporettos to travel). The assistance and personal touch of the owners and staff was truly exceptional. Even though we had very high tides during our stay (+1 to +1.5m) the area did not flood, which was a huge benefit. The WiFi was very fast also.

The bathroom was on the small size, especially the shower, which was a little too small. Not a fault of the hotel but I had no telephone signal, although we could substitute with WiFi, which was very good.

We were so pleased with the ambience and location of the intimate Locanda Casa Querini. This is Venice -- so we expected the room to be small -- but it was perfectly comfortable and met our needs. The location was perfect -- just a short 5 minute walk from the vaporetto stop, it is situated on a very quiet campo (square), but yet is very close to bustling St Mark's Square. The staff was exceptional -- it is a family run inn and everyone was very friendly and helpful, whether making dinner recommendations or helping advise on transportation. The breakfast room is very small, but the offerings were fine. (In nice weather they serve outdoors in the square, but when we were there it was a bit too chilly or rainy for that).

For some reason the wifi kept going in and out for me. While the staff checked it and confirmed it was on, I was not able to use it reliably and ended up having to turn on my phone data plan for a couple of days.

Thank you Lorenzo and family for your hospitality, patience and kindness during our stay. The apartment itself was gorgeous, and gave us a really beautiful feel of Venezia. The breakfast was also so lovely every single morning. However, it was the staff at this property who really made our stay so special. They were so attentive, so accommodating! Thank you all so much for making us feel right at home. If you’re looking for a beautiful apartment in a great location, with staff who are even lovelier, this is the place for you. Highly recommend this beautiful spot. Grazie!

It was my first time in Venice, but before that, I went to other cities in Europe, and Venice was my third stop. I really like this hotel, the staff were very nice and helpful. It was very quiet and clean. Which I liked about this hotel. Also, they'll always get back to you if you have any questions. This hotel is run by family members, which is very cute. If I ever have to visit Venice I'll definitely stay here. They let us have our breakfast in our room and bring all the food upstairs by themselves. Overall, it's 10/10 for me. I hope everyone gets the same experience as me and my friends.

Katerina and Lorenzo were very lovely and helpful. Location was very authentic and breakfast outside was pleasant. Lorenzo in particular helped us immeasurably with information about a water taxi for our journey back. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and Venezia is a dream.

Air conditioning wasn't the best as it could not be turned up due to law. It would be helpful to list the information about getting a water taxi within the hotel information as we had to walk day one, which I guess was as much our own fault too.

The property was nestled in a little, square off of St Marks Square short, walking distance, very close to St Marks Square. Perfect for a short visit . Love the character of the building, very Italian style and very classic old building. Breakfast was huge and I only ate a little bit but they’re very very accommodating. Definitely will be returning.
