The position for us was perfect, just far enough away from main hustle and bustle. Although on a road, quiet and easy to find. The staff were very friendly, gave us lots of information, locations to visit etc. All the receptionist were very approachable.l, helped us out with various enquiries we had.

The room was not clean in some areas, mainly dust under furniture and drawers but the bathroom facilities were clean. Fridge in a cupboard made it hard to get things cold as the cupboard was hot and you had to leave the door open to cool the fridge itself down.

The location was excellent! Within walking distance of man attractions and bus stops were a 2 minute walk. (Get a Verona Card for free bus transportation and free access to many main attractions). The bed was comfortable and there was a daily cleaning service with fresh towels. The room was equipped with a small kitchenette area and it was stocked daily with complimentary milk, juice, yogurt, water and sweet and savory snacks! Also, for a small fee there was prosecco and beer! We really appreciated the included breakfast that was delivered to the room everyday. There was a choice between savory and sweet. We chose savory and it included eggs, meats, cheese bread and sometimes a fruit cup. A great way to start the day.

The room was much smaller than anticipated, most especially the bathroom. It had everything we needed but it was pretty compact!

The room has a great size, 4 poster bed very comfortable. Had a problem with the aircon on a sunday evening, no staff, whatsapped and 20 mins later an engineer arrived, very polite and fixed it, Absolutely great. Breakfast was one of two choices, was fit for purpose and standard for a European break, would definitely stay here again. Also the place is a very short walk from town, just over the river. There is a train station a 10 minute walk away (Away from town) which is quiet and trains go direct to venice, managed to make venice a stop for about 15 euros each return on the train, best city break i've done!

Leaving at the end of the stay, we left for the last night for a hotel nearer the airport. Didn't need to do that, could have just stayed at this place, it wasnt far.

Giardino Giusti house is in a great location outside of the crowded areas in Verona but close enough to walk anywhere in the city center. The breakfast was amazing. The drinks in the fridge, coffee machine, and snacks in the room were such a nice touch also. This place is a great value for the size of the apartment in a city center in Italy!

The shower did not have enough hot water for two showers. Since we were only staying two nights, it worked OK for us and we didn’t ask the staff to adjust anything.

The hotel exceeded our expectations for the price that we paid for the 1 night. From start to finish we had a pleasant stay and wish we were staying longer! The ladies on reception were super friendly and couldn’t have done more for us, they gave us a city map and gave recommendations on where to eat as well. The room was really spacious with a living area separate to the bedroom and all was clean. The shower was the best we have come across in a long time, nice hot water and good pressure. The water jets were an added bonus! Breakfast in the morning is left outside your door and is continental, there is a coffee machine, mini bar and snacks in the room which is a lovely addition!

The only real issue we found was the noise from upstairs you could hear the people waking around upstairs as all the floor boards creaked extremely loudly which really made it hard to sleep and kept waking us up during the night!! One minor thing would be there was no where to hold your shampoo and things in the shower and they had to go on the floor, not a huge issue but just a little thing to consider. The WiFi also wasn’t great and did drop out a few times and when it was connected it was very slow.

The staff were very friendly and genuinely concerned when I had a problem. The breakfast was a choice of sweet or savory that was packed and delivered outside the room at 7 am each morning. The location was a 10 minute walk from the town centre or regular buses ran from a bus stop 300 meters away. The room was small but well equipped.

The transfer taxi service from the airport was acceptable at 45 Euro, but 25 Euro from the hotel to railway station was not. A journey of some 5 minutes. The key to the door was difficult to use and we needed help to enter our room on two occasions. Shampoo, hand lotion, etc. were cleared and not replaced after 2 nights

That's the first time that I can say that the reality is better than the pictures! I would stay in this hotel again: the room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. We had all we needed and more! I really like that the parking space was just outside the room in a private courtyard, it was very convenient. The hotel is not far the city center: 10 mins walk to Giulietta's house, for example.

Something to notice: the breakfast you get is not a hotel buffet breakfast, it's a typical Italian bar breakfast (which for us was not a problem)

Everything was great! The room was spacious, shower pressure was good, the breakfast was perfect for starting a hot day in Verona, the coffee from the coffee machine was yummy, the bed was most comfortable, and the air-conditioning placed above the bed was just marvelous for when you get back home after a 31°C sightseeing day in town. It's a very shirt walk to historical center, but far enough to skip the craziness of the touristy area. The staff was very polite and friendly. They gave me a fan for our Carmen opera on Arena di Verona. It was incredibly useful! We had some fantastic food and wine at the places they recommended- proper local cuisine! The apartment was newly build, very clean and decorated very lovely. When we arrived, the lights were already dimmed, the room was pre-heated. What’s amazing: you have a fridge with some snacks and drinks (some included) in your apartment and will receive fresh restaurants, buns, cheese, ham and even a boiled egg in the mornington front of your apartment. You can enjoy breakfast in your own room at whatever time (before check out at 11am). We could store our luggage and the staff was very nice and accommodating. We loved our stay and can highly recommend.

The only minus point is for the noise caused by the guests that stay in the apartment directly above. You could hear ever step they made, that was a bit annoying. I guess if you are in one of the upper apartments, it is totally fine. If you bring earplugs, everything is fine and it is certainly great value for the money :) Would definitely come here again.

We enjoyed our time in the cozy room which was close to Verona center (~10 min of walk). The Hotel rooms are situated in a safe backyard close to the reception. The team ist really nice und helpful to bring you there (~100m). When you decide to park your car on a private parking, it will be there in front of your door which was very comfortable for carrying the luggage. Parking was charged with 15€/day but you are allowed to stay there until the next day at 1-2 pm so we could use the half of the second day. The room was clean and had everything you need for a short trip visiting Verona. A funny experience was the breakfast order which was given directly to your room in the morning. We stayed only for one night but would come again.

The rooms are a bit noisy and it depends on you neighbors whether it's quiet or not. In our case it was fine. The air conditioner worked not well but we had >35 degrees outside which could have been a problem. For one night (again) totally fine.
