Verona is an expensive place in the summer but this was fine for a double room within 15 minutes walk of the Opera Arena Venue. Our room had amazing "wallpaper" of a scene from Carmen - very clean with a kettle and coffee machine. Good bathroom - modern & clean. There was a communal area for heating food etc - we didn't use it but it was there. Would happily stay there again. Good parking - just as we had been told about before we arrived.

Nothing not to like. Perhaps some instructions for the coffee machine would have been helpful - not everyone has one at home and we had to use trial and error a bit!

Very cosy room and layout, the espresso machine was easy to use. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was well laid out. A 5 minute walk into the Verona old town meant this was a perfect place to return to. Also, a big shout out to the staff, they were very welcoming and friendly.

Minor details, electrical socket on one wall was loose and needed to be screwed back in. Door was a little bit frustrating to close. Could probably do with replacing the doors in the rooms with walls as you could hear other occupants. These details are just minor observations and would not put me off returning in the future.

My stay was perfect, everything was 10/10. The staff were wonderful and helpful, which is very reassuring as a solo traveller in a foreign country! They went out of their way to help me with whatever I needed. The room was good size and beautifully decorated (I love the themed rooms), the bed was super comfortable and everything was sparkling clean!

One small thing to note… plates, cutlery etc. could be useful, I noticed that there was a microwave but nothing to eat with/on, which was fine as I had a pizza so I used the box as a plate. No big deal :)

We arrived by bus to the hotel, as we were little tired of traveling. The location of the hotel is just perfect. 3 minutes walk from the Pontre Pietra (the entrance to the old town) and to Castel San Pietro (the best viewpoint to the town). The check in was done really fast, the receptionist there was really friendly, informed us about the payment of the local tax and as it was our first time in Verona, she provided us with the map and what route we should take. After that she showed us the room and explained us what options are available. We really liked the theater theme of the rooms and the hotel. The room was big and perfect for two persons. On there room we had coffee, water and tea available for us. We had a small issue with the coffee maker, but they changed it for us for a new one. The bed were comfy and the room was clean. The bathroom was big and clean. We enjoyed the stay there.

Very large room. Nice welcome, and interaction before arrival was smooth. (If you arrive after closing, they will send you an access code.) Bottled water, coffee and tea are offered free of charge at all time. Location seems safe; it is at least 15' away (on foot) from city center.

Mattress a tad soft for my taste. Bed light was not within immediate reach from the bed and the main light blinds you when reading in bed. Lights are placed illogically but, given that my room has a mini-kitchen no longer in use, one assumes that they have moved the bed without fixing the lights. I found only one plug in plain view.

Excellent location and cleanliness. The entire property and rooms are very new and modern. The bed is super comfortable, and there were tea and coffee making facilities. Reception closes at 7pm, but that was no issue because we were sent the self check-in instructions via WhatsApp. Very easy access to inner Verona / city centre. A lot of parking options around. Staff left a note with general instructions in our bed, which saved us from getting a fine from parking in a day-time only space.

Shower cubicle has no door, just a glass panel covering half its length, which means water splashes everywhere. Wallpaper in the bathroom is a rather poor decision, as the vapour causes it to peel off even if relatively newly applied.

Everything was good. Starting from lady on reception on check in, very nice and friendly. housekeeping staff as well! Good job! We did early check-in around 12pm! Location is near arena, 10min walking distance. Verona is gorgeous during holidays, I highly recommend! Parking is extra charge, if you are lucky like me to get Parking space just in front of the building, you have to pay 1€per hour ,but after 20:00-08:00 is free. So I spent 8-9 euro. 10 out of 10

The location is very convenient to allow for a short easy walk across the river and into the town. It seemed a nice quiet neighborhood to live in. The rooms and facilities were clean and well appointed with satisfying theatre murals to brighten the otherwise windowless location. Excellent coffee making equipment. There is no staff available between 1 pm & 3 pm & after 7pm, which can prove inconvenient. But to be fair, it isn’t really a hotel.

No windows, no easy breakfast, odd staff hours.

the accommodation was great. The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the center. It is in a quiet location,so there is no noise from the street and thanks to zvukotesnym walls nor noise from the adjacent rooms. In the common areas there is a coffee machine and free coffee all day. A capsule coffee machine is also available in the rooms. The room was clean, fragrant, tidy and modernly equipped. There is also a room cleaning service every day. We had parking right in front of the apartments or there are plenty of other parking options nearby. There is a charge for parking. I recommend the accommodation, really great starting point for visiting the center, the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful.Communication was smooth. Self check in is also possible

We loved the location and the accommodation very much. It was quiet and so close to the city of Verona. Crossing the Pietra Bridge every day by foot into the centre was a delight. Sylvia and her colleagues were always so friendly and helpful and communication from start to finish was excellent.

There is very little to criticise but it was difficult to see the plug sockets because of the black decor! The double bed had been separated to make two single beds as requested, but they could have been a bit more comfortable somehow. It does make a small single bed! I loved the bathroom and the shower is amazing! The attention to detail was very good but it would have been nice if the cigarette butts had been cleared outside our ground floor windows. Access to a small courtyard was possible so if the courtyard belongs to Theatrum Suites plants, seating and a table would have been lovely.
