Stayed couple times in resort before. Always had great experience

Going construction. Pool can be very noisy wit the screaming kids. Restaurant was a biggest disappointment. The quality of food and drinks not same any more.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite that was very spacious. It was nice how each bedroom was on opposite sides and the kitchen in the middle. It gave each family their privacy. The kitchen was great for cooking breakfast in each morning and the view was beautiful. Their were restaurants that were in walking distance and were a great option for traveling with kids. We ate at Pinchers, Gather and the Maker.

Better hours for water shuttle to fort myers beach.

- Loved the staff, who were so welcoming and accommodating throughout our trip. Special shout out to Omar, Alex, and Cody for their incredible hospitality. - Amenities and location were top notch. There was so much to do and see here, which we tried to pack into two days. - Overall facilities were well cared for and modern, from those in the bedroom/suites to common areas (e.g. fitness studio).

No complaints.

Excellent location. Extremely convenient property. Large rooms. Ineffective HVAC system. Good restaurant. Beautiful views.

Housekeeping a bit spotty.

- The staff was very friendly and accommodating - The 2-bedroom room was large, spacious and clean - The convenience of having great restaurants and small shops on the property was convenient and fun. - The activities were perfect - The atmosphere around the hotel was great. - The hotel is pet-friendly.

- The bartender at the pool was the only one working. We spent the day at the pool, and the bartender had to attend a long line of guests at the bar, and then find the time to hand out meals that people had ordered. At times, you would see the bartender walking around the pool with the meal trying to spot the guests who had ordered it. I think it would be convenient for guests and more profitable for the hotel to have a bartender stationed at the bar, while another staff member go around attending the guests at the pool, especially during the weekend or at busy times. My family and I ordered drinks and food once, but we would have ordered a lot more during our time at the pool - but we didn’t, because the line at the bar was too long.

Overall it’s great place quiet and relaxing

Elevator was realy fast on closing door with wheelchairs and the parking deck need more lower handicap

I wish they had complimentary coffee in the morning. Had to pay Starbucks Plus price for a cup at the restaurant

The room was beautiful and had a great view!

The rooms should have robes and slippers. Room service was a very long weight.
