loved all of the facilities, the bus to Disney and most of the staff where fantastic. Had a couple of run ins with really rude and un helpful front desk members but others where really nice

How unhelpful a couple of the front desk people were when we had to change our booking due to the hurricane. One simply told us it was not their problem, she could not extend our stay and we just had to look else where :-( coming from over seas we did not know what to expect or what to do. The next day there was a really helpful guy on the desk that did help us out though and extended our stay with no issues.

The room wan comfortable and more than spacious. The property has more amenities than we had expected, and even hoped for. Great location, close to pretty much everything.

1) Being able to access the facilities of the adjacent properties was great. Not being able to get towels because "we don't share them with other guests" defies logic and seems petty. Having to walk 1/2 mile on wet shoes to go back to "our" pool to be able to dry up just doesn't make sense. 2) The cost of the meals on property just seems excessive. Any meal (breakfast, lunch, or dinner) for my family of 4 was $110 minimum (before adding mandatory tip). The last 24 hours of our stay we just opted to drive and eat outside the property. Affordable options should be considered.

location was excellent and size of the family rooms were very good. The selection of pools available around the complex and also the bus service was great, especially Nelson the bus driver.

The lack of bus return trips available from the parks, especially from magic kingdom. One bus leaves the transportation Center at 9:15, which is hopeless as most people will stay for the fireworks at 9pm, then the next bus is at 11pm, perhaps too late for some, especially if you have been there all day! Teenager complained her bunkbed was hard and uncomfortable, with the mattress too thin. Felt there was a lack of eating options later at night when retiring from the parks. Everything to eat closed at 10pm the grab n go should be open or at least partially until the last bus arrives back from the parks.

location.The room was big and inviting. bathroom has plenty of towels. the Check-in stuff were attentive and answered all my questions and anticipated my needs. Great customer service.

I did not like the View when you open the curtains, and I did not like the fact that the shower gel shampoo and conditioner were stuck and would not come out of the dispenser.

The shuttle service took you to all the parks in the area an the staff was very friendly and the service was top tier

There was a leak in the pipes so the hotel had to turn off the hot water and my family was unable to get ready ina timely manner to enjoy our day’s activities

The hotel is beautiful and the bed/room is very comfortable. However, our room heater was not working for the first night. At 2:30am I woke up freezing (it was January) and I called reception; they put a request for someone to come on the following morning to fix it (which they did), however I asked for a blanket and they said I needed to go to reception to get it. I believe for the level of this hotel they should have sent someone to my room to bring the extra blanket - this is my only concern and the reason I didn’t rate it 10/10. Otherwise, I would return to the hotel.

staff told me I needed to go to reception at 2:30am to get extra blanket when heater in the room didn’t work. we had to put up with the cold all night. next day they fixed it

2nd visit, highly recommend for Disney location and facilities Shuttle bus to Disney parks. Nelson is a fantastic asset to the shuttle service, lots of fun and has useful tips for newbies!

We loved all of it so much we booked another trip for later this month. It seemed like a large hotel yet cozy with how close everything was. Never a long walk to anything. The Mexican restaurant next to the lazy river was delicious.

Can't wait for the renovation to be done for the poolside bar and restaurant.

Conveniently located close to Disney, very comfortable beds, spacious room, amenities are wonderful, lots to do when you’re not at the parks. We could see the fireworks from our room balcony. Lots of food choices and a parking ramp.

There are a lot of fees, resort fees, parking is expensive per day.

The property is very well done. Kevin at the registration desk was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. The room was excellent and the pool(s) as well as the lazy rivers were excellent . Parking was great but didn’t love paying so much for it. We will for sure use you again….Ed and Tracy….Iowa
