The staff was out standing, Star at the front desk, listens to the customers needs and goes the extra mile to meet the customers needs. Brian the maintenance person is awesome and respects the customers. I ended up with a dead battery on my truck, both Star and Brian went the extra mile to try to help me get my truck started. Both checked up on me while waiting for AAA to arrive.

The breakfast could be a little better. It seemed like the same thing was prepared every day. Security lighting on the back side of the building could be improved.

The breakfast was good but you ran out of orange juice - How can someone in FLORIDA run out of orange juice? The rooms need higher (handicapped toilets and and and HANDHELD showers!!!!!

When you don't get daily housekeeping, the cost should be lowered. You are saving that money and that savings should be passed on to the person renting the room. I paid the same amount as the people who wanted daily housekeeping.

Elizabeth was the person we checked in with and we saw her everyday! She is an asset to your company. Very friendly and accommodating. Our son, daughter n law, and granddaughter were checking in the next day and she was able to give them the room across from us. She is a keeper!

The shower water never really got completely hot and when we did wait for it to turn warm, we waited about 7 minutes for that to happen.

It was super clean. Check in was super easy the desk clerk was very friendly and informative. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety and it was all fresh. Bacon the day we stayed 👍 Easy access back to the interstate. If I’m back in the area I’ll stay there. The entire staff was great.

It is an attractive, exceptionally clean and conveniently located budget hotel. We are happy to have chosen this hotel for our stay in the greater Ocala area.

Actually we have no complaints regarding this hotel. It was better than we expected for a budget friendly hotel. We would stay again at this hotel when traveling in the area.

Easy to access amenities such as pool, laundry and rooms. Staff was exceptionally friendly at all times and always eager to help. Amazingly accommodating hotel allowed us to park our travel trailer while in the process of moving out of state.

Breakfast was one of the better I've had. Room was very clean, comfy! Newly remodeled. Staff was very sweet and helpful!

Breakfast could have gone a tiny bit longer, ends at 9am. GPS got really wonky when we got near the hotel.

Was very comfortable, clean and nice. Exceeded the Marriott we stayed at next, although the price was the same. .

It was perfect for our needs, and we plan to stay there again when we are in the area.

I had to call for soap for the shower. Room only had one little soap pack. I think the breakfast served in the morning was excellent - great variety of real breakfast food - very impressed with that.

alarm clock did not work in room; the lamps were not that great operational wise

When we first got there the room we were given the telephone and the television didn’t work. So they had to give us another room.
