The room was clean, quiet, everything functioned (drains, lights, etc.), the breakfast was ample, and the staff very good.

When we came back in the evening, there was little or no parking in the lot.

We always stay at Quality Inn when we are in the Long Beach area. We also leave our car there while we are on a cruise and take the shuttle to and from the cruise terminal.

What is the 45 minute ride from LAX to the hotel the hotel was in a great location. It was quiet and peaceful. We spent too nice day before we went out on a cruise 10 minutes from the port.

Everything was clean and I felt safe. The staff was pleasant and helpful with our luggage and room location.

TV not working. Bathroom needs some TLC. Room smells horrible. Google pictures don't match the place. The hotel is like a motel 6 🥲

Didn't feel comfortable in the location

The staff was beyond helpful and went above to make sure I was comfortable. I am in a wheelchair and requested a shower chair. The staff said that their shower chair was already in use, but they would try to find me another one. Several hours went by, so we decided to go find something to eat, and we saw staff putting together a new shower chair. They had aparrently gone out and bought another for me to use.

The one thing that I didn't like was there was no availability of a roll in shower availability anywhere on the property.

Nice facility, staff was pleasant and helpful. I was able to print materials from my phone to their printer. The hotel was close to a trade show I was part of and their prices were very reasonable.

As with many facilities the room furnishings were aged, however the cable TV had a good variety of choices and in addition to a refrigerator there was a microwave.

We arrived to a clean, fresh lobby and friendly staff. Our room was located next to family. Breakfast area was clean and hot/cold,many choices. Loved that the manager set us up with a van tour. Eleven hours we returned. Thank you sir. Coming from the midwest we felt safe. The bed was comfortable. If we go back to LA, we would stay there again.

It would have been nice for a vending machine, but I understand.

Breakfast was more and better than expected. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Parking was tight, and finding a spot near our room was difficult, but we had free parking on-site, it was just a little more of a walk than I expected.
