The rooms are so nice and spacious. They were clean. The location was fine about 15 min from Junipero beach which is great. I love that they only do housekeeping under request so nobody would wake you up. And it was a really quiet and peaceful place to stay.

The parking spots were to close, I couldn't get in my car untill my husband get out of the parking spot because the space was so small. The outside of the building does not look as good as the inside.

This is my second stay at this hotel. We flew in for a cruise and used Lyft to get there. The price point was good and the staff was amazing! Very friendly and customer focused. It's an older property but our room was in excellent condition and extremely clean.. I'm picky and believe me, I checked both stays. There's a good Mexican restaurant in walking distance around the corner so we didn't have call an Uber or pay delivery fees to get good food making the stay even more affordable.

Get water before you get there. The carton in the room is small and costs $5.

Friendly staff and always helpful and polite. The rooms inside were updated and a pleasant surprise. Fluffy bed with comfy pillow topper on mattress. Great to have refrigerator and microwave in room that worked well.

Dust bunny, I hope, on shower overhead pole. I also did not care on the $50. room deposit as a hidden upfront cost since I did not have a pet or partner. Having to request room refresh was annoying but nothing was a deal breaker.

The location was great for us, and upon request we were given an ADA compliant room, which was very comfortable for our stay. We didn’t notice a refrigerator, but would have liked one. The staff who greeted us and helped us with our room was truly thoughtful and helpful.

We couldn’t get our TV to work, but to be fair it was late at night so he didn’t want to call and ask about it.

The person at the front desk was so nice and accomodating with our early and late check out. Very modern and clean in the room.

The doors to the bathroom and shower are great looking, but they tended to slide open. I like strong water pressure in a sink, but the faucet, although very stylish, just don't allow for strong water pressure. Not bad, I just prefer stronger personally.

We wanted to stay in Long Beach at an "affordable" price. Parking was included in the price of the room. Nicely decorated and modern rooms. Comfortable bed. Reception staff were cordial

Except for not getting a King room, the room met expectations

One of the nights was very noisy outside. I had requested a king bed, but was assigned 2 queens.

The room was exceptionally large. Very comfortable, lots of storage space for luggage. Very quiet. Close to all areas that we were visiting. We were very close to some restaurants.

The shower could have used a little more cleaning........the grout especially
