Everything was clean. The in-room jetted hot tub was fantastic. Parking was affordable and plenty of spaces available. Included breakfast was a bit above average for a motel breakfast offering in my opinion.

Some things were a bit dated and could use an update. The TV was unable to switch inputs and have very limited channel options.

The staff were very friendly and helpful The facilities in the room were very good

Perhaps include a different variety of food during breakfast. The hotel should perhaps consider providing drinking water to guests.

This property is newly renovated. Great place to crash for one night before taking our flight out from LA. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness. We checked in around 9pm and there was still some parking spots available, but it was a small lot so parking is limited. The gentleman at reception who greeted us was very pleasant, patient, and kind. We were checking out at 5am to catch our flight and he helped us arrange snacks since we would be missing breakfast. Please keep up the great sevice and the cleanliness of the property... don't let it become run down!! I would return.

Breakfast was great- it well exceed my expectations for a continental breakfast. The room itself was clean, comfortable, large, and had all the amenities I would need. The location is amazing. There are multiple stores and restaurants in walking distance, which is excellent for me as I was quite uncomfortable with driving in the California traffic. For the price point, I could not ask for more!

I enjoy firm beds, but my friend was not pleased with the firmness of the bed. The shower was also not too luxurious and I wished the pressure was better, but I understand California is in a drought and that might be the reason.

I absolutely love their free breakfast options; they keep the stomach full in preparation for any later events. The rooms and restroom were absolutely clean, and I loved the help that the receptionist gave (smooth and with no problem whatsoever).

The only thing I didn't really like was how tight the parking was, but that was really about it. I got what I wanted for my money's worth in LA.

The staff were exceptional good - very customer focused, polite and professional. Especially the breakfast staff. The continental breakfast was amazing! Multiple cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit. Make your own waffles with various toppings. Hot scrambled eggs, ham and beans. Full tea, coffee and juice options. The room was clean, tidy and well appointed. The beds were big and firm. The showers were hot and strong.

The breakfast area is quite small, meaning that there is a queue during busy times - 9am to 10am.

The room was really spacious and quiet. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean. Breakfast was really nice which is open from 6AM-9AM. There's eggs, sausage, potatoes, breads & pastries. You make your own pancakes and waffles as well. Coffee was decent and juices were also available.

At this moment I am homeless and they were so helpful and I am so greatfull that they helped us specially the manager Liz. Not to diminish everyone else's name but because we have the same name. The person who was helping us with the food yet another great person.

its too noise, some times people are too loud of the noises of carts constantly around.

I like the location and they have a variety of different types of rooms available to accommodate all kinds of guests.

I like the fact that it has a lot of shopping centers around. There is a Starbucks next to the hotel and a pharmacy nearby.
