I like the staff, the room was nice and clean and in a good area. In general the hotel is placed nicely on the colorado river which has a nice view. Everything is close to the hotel about a 5-10 min drive. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast aswell

I didnt really like that our room key was tricky to open the room, you had to keep inserting it till it turned green that was kinda annoying. Also the fact that the hotel has limited parking, they have some trucks parked im not sure if theyre guest. But you have to get there early to get parking or they send you to the underground parking garage accross the hotel

Was a little uncomfortable with no security- multiple occasions I noticed people propping doors open to re- enter later. I wish there were surveillance cameras so personnel could have handled. Also, one family monopolized the deck and bbq area from 2:30-7:30, preventing anyone else from viewing the river from this location. Signs asking families to limit their times to a couple of hours so others might enjoy would be great. And finally, this NO PET hotel had a man sneaking his dog in the propped open door while covered in a sheet.

Room was comfortable, location on the river is really special. Can also see the trains go by next to the river. The bed was also comfortable. Staff was courteous in all interactions.

Could have had a little more variety in the breakfast. Had no non-pork meat options in the breakfast. Also, parking is limited so when we went out on Saturday night, had to park off the compound and walk back because all spots on site were taken.

I’m very happy with the hotel especially the view it was spectacular and the rooms was clean everything was nice the breakfast was good I like all about the hotel we passed a very good time thank you!!!

The little mess next to the elevator but we understand that you was renovating the hallway

Room was spacious, immaculately clean and comfortable Great pillows Price was amazing!!!! Staff super friendly Conveniently located. Not the hotel’s fault but I’ve never seen a roundabout lead into a 2nd roundabout.

Shower handle wobbly and weird breakfast limited choices

Gorgeous location, very close to town and only a few minutes away from attractions. All staff was super kind, and it was clear they keep up with maintenance

Had to get key cards replaced a couple times because they stopped working even though I kept them separate from my phone and other cards

I loved that it was right in front of the river. Everyone was so nice and helpful.

I didn’t like that we booked months in advance and was given a quote with the tax and fees and when we checked in we were told a different price and they would not change it.

Fantastic location on the river edge. Went for an evening walk and watched the surfers on the river by the bridge, very entertaining evening.

A bit difficult to find off the I-70 but once there took the back roads into town.

I appreciate the breakfast. However, there was no pancake syrup (out of stock). For my guests who had breakfast at a later time, there was not much food left.

Very welcoming, decorated for Halloween. Nice breakfast with a great variety. The beds comfy & river views from our room were awesome. The pool, hot tub clean & outback patio along river beautiful. Even the train rolling thru blowing his whistle in the middle of the night was cool.

Having to go to the hotel across the street for ice inconvenient but manageable considering the remodel. Overall great place.
