The location was perfect for my needs. I had a trail run the next morning that was 30 minutes away. The room was large and clean. I was on the 2nd floor and the noise level was minimal, even with a family of 7 next door.

That they could make an exception and let you check in early, especially since it would have only been 30 minutes. But instead there was an additional fee if I did that. So I didn't. I merely occupied my time with something else. The staff was great (in person). The drawback is that there is a kiosk that asks you to check in or out via. And the computer cuts out and the sound is so low that it's hard to understand what the person is asking you. Definitely not a fan of checking in or out in that manner. What happened to human being customer service?!?

The space under the doors are large enough for A MOUSE TO COME INTO MY ROOM. I woke up early and was having a cup of coffee and a mouse ran into my room from under the door when it was shut. I spent 10 minutes getting it out from under the couch and back into the hallway. after wards I put a towel down in the crack to keep it from getting back in. You need to do something about this problem. I was on the ground floor and people were going back and forth quite a bit with dogs in the rooms. I did find some dog food under the couch in my room which it might have been going for.

Convenient to our final destination - we had stayed there numerous times over the years as it is very close to family which we were visiting. We originally booked for 4 nights then plans changed so only stayed one night (I had notified in advance of the arrival) of the change - thought charges a little exorbitant for the facility since we didn’t arrival till late and left in the morning

Breakfast was a little skimpy otherwise for just fine only had coffee Checkout was different no one at desk then could not print out receipt had to call for help from other employees Otherwise for one night I guess was good we were tired from traveling so it was a place to rest.

the room was very clean and we had the king size bed which was Betty comfortable. the room also had a small desk with chair and a sofa with coffee table. it also had an iron and ironing board and an area to hang your clothes. the room also came with TV, refrigerator and microwave. shower and toilet in a separate room from the sink and large mirror. another thing we just loved was they have a large room with a TV and books to read games to play such as backgammon and chess. there were several tables each with four chairs and this is where they serve the breakfast from 6:00-9:00 AM which has apples, oatmeal, mini muffins (blueberry, banana walnut and poppyseed). they also have bagels with cream cheese, waffles, orange juice. they have a toaster and hot water to make tea. we will definitely be back

we were very happy with everything

This hotel was incredible. For the price I was not expecting a room this nice. I was disappointed that I didn’t get in until about 8:30 because I didn’t get to spend much time here. Such a nice place, I’d stay again if I was in the area. The staff was also very nice. I was traveling across the country with my cat and I realized I’d left her litter box at my last hotel and they found me a box to use for the night 😂. It was very nice of them because I didn’t have the energy to go to the store.

I was caught in a massive snowstorm and it was the only hotel in town. It's a 2 minute drive from a very nice little town with some great restaurants.

So, I walked in and asked if there was a room, and the virtual semi-english speaking receptionist said there were no rooms. I sat on the couch and booked one on booking.com, then contacted her again and gave her the reservation. My room was on the second floor but off the main atrium and it was very loud as the virtual receptionist can be heard all over.

The room was spacious and clean. Me and my friends stayed there while visiting the Glenwood area. The breakfast was simple but good. I would like to emphasize the customer friendly experience we had at the Lodge. The second night another friend was supposed to join our trip and we had an extra room booked for him. Unfortunately he tested positive for Covid that day and coulnd't join. We could still cancel the room on that same evening and got fully refunded. Thank you again!

There was only disposable dishes, cups and cutlery for breakfast, not very environmentally friendly but unfortunately still common in the US.

- Delicious breakfast - e.g., also offering breakfast muffins (to microwave) - Friendly staff, warm welcome; 24 hour check-in also possible via machine - Hot tub and pool - good location, close to highway - spacious and clean rooms

- we had slight difficulties with the shower (maybe a sign explaining would help?) :D but the staff is extremely friendly and explained how they work (you have to pull quite hard)

The room was spacious and clean. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi were also kept clean. The ice machine was very useful in the hallway. The female employee in charge of housekeeping was smart and kind. It was convenient because there was a big mart near this accommodation. It's a good location to go to Glenwood Springs. It is a good accommodation with excellent cost-effectiveness.

The breakfast was limited, but the quality was good (especially the bagel was delicious). The breakfast staff arrived late, so the guests had to wait for breakfast, and some people couldn't drink coffee because the coffee machine broke down in the middle.

Easy to get too and the price was good compared to the other town we were considering. Breakfast was average but in the time of Covid I know people are changing breakfast options. Did have good coffee and a decent continental breakfast although we stayed 4 days and nothing changed.
