The manager at the desk was very nice and very attentive. She made sure to lets us know all the amenities the hotel had and made us feel like we part of the family. The breakfast was good and the area was clean.

Our room was clean but the heater was a bit loud (it a clicking sound). Also, we were on the south side of the hotel and we heard the traffic all night. This was the 2nd time we were at the hotel, and the 1st time we were on the north side and didn't hear the traffic very much. Next time we visit, we will request a room on the north side.

The room was pretty clean, no carpet, and the bed was very comfortable. The fridge was pretty large. They allowed us to have our dog with us for an additional small fee, and had a place outside with "doggy bags". The front desk personnel are helpful, and changed our room so we could be on the first floor. The breakfast was good with a good variety and amount of food, and the dining room was clean and well attended. They have a jacuzzi, though we did not use it.

There is no elevator, but it is only 2 floors. The enamel in our tub was peeling and the sink drained slow. There was no table on one side of the bed, just a desk on one side and a chair on the other side, though the room is large enough to accommodate one. The room could use more light, like another lamp on the other side of the bed. Could hear people walking overhead and in the hall and the door to outside shutting at all hours.

A pet friendly place to stay. A hot tub to use but should be paid more attention to as far as upkeep. Would definitely stay again hoping I could reserve a specific room number. Good location for hotel too.

My room to far from pet area. And then I got charged more for having a pet than what I booked for. Should be in the original price. I had a budget which was blown. Not happy. Breakfast could be better with more variety and maybe longer.

Breakfast options were limited but met my needs. Staff were quiet but efficient. Kept breakfast supplies full and tables clean. Lady was very nice. Kept to herself but engaged in conversation when approached.

Room would benefit with two bedside tables rather than one. Outside traffic noise could be heard during the night. Also noise from hall could be heard. Note guests were quiet but if they were rowdy it could be problematic.

Room was big and very clean,they had always ready coffee and ice water at the counter that I used a lot. The staff was very friendly. We are gamers and asked if there was a place we could play some board games. The staff opened the breakfast room for us to be able to play. Thank you!

I found nothing that I thought should have been improved, except maybe breakfast choices, but even that there was plenty to have to eat.

It was close to conveniences, but yet still secluded and peaceful! And the staff was very helpful, upbeat and welcoming. The room was gorgeous, a lot bigger than we thought it would be. We thought it was one of the better hotels we've been to! It's hard to see all the boxes checked for each hotel stay, but these guys had it for us!

Can't say we could have found anything to not like about the establishment!

Room was clean and well kept, up to date. All bath features worked as expected. No clogged drains. Adequate number of towels and fresh smelling. Bed was satisfactory. I have stayed here before in the past several years and hotel has always been kept up for a highly trafficked tourist area . I did not eat breakfast , but poked my nose in, and it was minimal.

Visited Frankenmuth and only stayed overnight. The staff was friendly and informative and the room was very clean including the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great. The room could have used a larger desk to place luggage contents and I can't comment on breakfast because we had to leave without eating. I would definitely stay here again.

The only negative I have is that there was no elevator.

The staff (check-in, breakfast, check-out) was friendly and helpful with making dinner plans. The hotel was clean (common areas, room). Everything functioned as expected (coffeemaker, microwave, frig)--the only issue with the room was a missing stopper in the bathroom sink. Bed was comfortable.

The only real issue we had was that the room was noisy. The hotel was packed, so that certainly didn't help, but we could hear every footstep up above, every hallway conversation, doors opening/closing, even some random bumps and thumps. Even quite a bit of road noise, even though we were staying on the back side of the hotel. Breakfast options were limited but typical for similar hotels.

Room and bathroom were very clean, shower was hot, room relatively quiet. Cable tv with guide, continental breakfast was good, coffee & hot cocoa available 24/7. Good location not far from Frankenmuth

The hotel agreement required a $100 deposit for room damages, thankfully it wasnt' required once we registered. Breakfast was good, could've also included eggs and/or sausage.
