The staff was wonderful. It was extremely busy with the Balloon Festival going on and they always were so pleasant.

Our room was right next to the flag pole on the 3rd floor so with the wind and all you could hear the flags flapping in the wind. Would be nice if they lowered at night so you didnt have to hear that all night. Also very close to the busy street so you could hear cars and motorcycles running up and down the road. One more thing the room looked very clean except I didn't believe the floor had been mopped in some time because our socks were black. All in all I would stay here again just get a room not as close to the road.

The rooms was very nice and clean. The grounds to the hotel are kept clean.. The staff is very hospitible. The breakfast that is included with your stay is really good. Did I mention the 24 hr coffee bar..... Mmm good. The extra blankets were brought up to my room. I couldn't be more comfortable.

What's not to like..... If you have a question about their policy... Just ask....

Room TV was small, had poor sound quality, and could use a technical refresh. Exterior stairways needed maintenance.

I like that it is pet friendly so we can bring our dogs. It’s in a good location for shopping and restaurants. It’s also nice that they have a couple options for breakfast

I would like to see more pet stations around the property with trash container and waste bags. I think this would hopefully promote folks to clean up after their pets

The bathroom having hand soap and lotion was good..and the shower gel and shampoo was different..there should have been boiled eggs for breakfast..at least some protein..can't

Can't think of anything else..was a comfortable

The noise of the Street next to us, the lack of a second shower with hot water. The TV's remote did not work

Clean, good space, parking alot is huge, Bed is comfy Food & Gas near by! Near the university too There's a microwave & fridge in room

No guests allowed with put permission Need 2 credit cards. 1 for room and 1 for security deposit... Even when using booking.com or Travigo... Alittle difficult to find room 135 but w.e.

Easy off and on to the highway. Quiet surroundings. Very friendly staff. Plenty of free parking. Good wifi. Mini frig was nice.

Room had water leakage damage stains on the ceiling. Generally, if not taken care of, mold could develop then there's a health issue. Ground floor rooms offer easy to and from the car but was noisy due to guests late returning or checking in. No box of tissue, just a small travel pack.
