Nice clean room, decent bathroom, nice rooftop bar - would have been nice to have a little music up there and more lights, I would stay again at this hotel. Right in the middle of the `flower' district.

There wasn't anything I didn't like just for the fact the rooftop bar would have been better with music and lights.

Clean room, friendly staff

I wish the hotel would offer continental breakfast. Also, I requested to have both rooms together or at least on the same floor, and it was not honor even when I made the reservation almost two m9nths in advance.

Location price and availability. Rooms are big and spacious. Ice machines and vending machines all work well. Optional laundry is also available.

It’s a hit or miss about the cleaning. Some of the room have air conditioners that should be replaced. Some of towels should be thrown away and replaced.

Some of the rooms need maintenance. Some beds are worn out and need to be replaced. Some of the air conditioning units need replacing and or repair.

Rooms were very comfortable and clean with fridge and microwave. Coffee available all day long. Perfect location for shopping in walking distance to Target, Walmart and 2 malls.

Facility is good for your convenience if you need to stay for a few nights

The WiFi wasn’t working well it goes on and off and I got low bars ,the tv signal wasn’t good either and the room smell a little moldy

The location, plenty of stores and restaurants are within driving distance. The staff is friendly, efficient and accommodating. It has non-smoking rooms only and is pet friendly. The landscaping/flowers are attractive.

Stayed 1 night. Ned was comfortable. Many shops and restaurants are very close. It was first place in NY where we didn't smell weed smoke

A few shady people in the common area.

Those people smoking weed next to my windows, every day. I can smell everything from them.

ALL STAFF WERE HELPFUL, FRIENDLY AND COMPETENT.

TV REMOTE DID NOT WORK WITH TV. NO BREAKFAST AVAILABLE.
