It is a great place to stay and I always enjoy my stay here when in town for work. I just wish they cleaned the counters as I see stains from prior guests. But I always bring my own wipes and give it a once over. Please note: it’s wayyyy better than several googled of comparable pricing in the entire NYC area.

Clean the counters is my sole complaint

I’ve been staying here intermittently since last year couple days every week for work when I commute to NYC. It’s one of my nicer hotels that I enjoy staying at that’s affordable. Usually very clean including the walls and linens. Staff is great.

The rooms sometimes vary in quality and size.

We love the location, the rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, price is right. The house maids are really nice and do a great job.

The noise level of other guests but its not like that all the time.

This was an excellent experience - we had to do a last minute booking within a limited budget and I was a little unsure about our choice. The reception was helpful and friendly, the rooms were hyper-clean and efficient and had everything needed. I would go there again any time.

Clean and feels secure, giod strong bright lights in the car parking

Old buildings and less sound protection through window, 30 min away from JFK an the road is quite busy, but with this price these are understandable

Friendly staff, clean, parking was easy, convenient location, price was pretty reasonable.

Room smelled a little weird, although it wasn't necessarily bad. May have just been cleaning products from prepping the room.

Simple quite old hotel room, I’d say too expensive for its age and comfort. But, it was very clean, and it was most important, so the staying was good

They don't offer breakfast. Unfortunately due to the pandemic I can't afford staying at high-end hotels as I'm a custom to like the Marriot/or an extended stay hotel but for a motel this is the best one I've ever stayed at. Knowing that we're in a pandemic that freaks me out even more but as soon as you walk in it's got the seal on the toilet bowl that says this room has been given an extra clean because of the pandemic so I feel safe. It's not dark and gloomy it's nice and it's a safe area and you're close to the parkway and there's a lot of great places to eat as well.

I loved everything ! It's not a Marriott where you have more amenities but it was safe and clean. It's a motel so I can expect like a gym/place to eat or a lounge.

It was clean and smelled good.

The last night someone was smoking in their room below me and the cigarette smell came up to my room. Really need to enforce the no smoking in the rooms.
