I found this room on Booking.com. The reviews looked good so we took a chance. I say this because we stayed at a place called the Edgewater Hotel in Seabrook Texas about a month ago that turned out to be a nightmare. Don't stay there if you are planning to go to Texas. Anyway, I can't say enough about this hotel. It was amazing. This place didn't question me about my service dog. Never once did anyone even attempt to charge me a cleaning fee like the Edgewater did. They had eggs and sausage for breakfast, unlike the Edgewater! You could even take it to your room if you wanted to. Oh, and the elevator works! The people are very friendly and makes you feel at home. Thanks for the wonderful one night stay! Sorry if this seems like a review for Edgewater but it's really not. It's more of a comparison. I'll be sure to put this review on Google and add them in the link so they can come to NC to see how a hotel is supposed to be ran.

It was ok. I’m vegan and asked for soy or plant milk but they didn’t have any.

The room next to us had a dog that they left and it was barking making our little chihuahua very nervous and uncomfortable. I thought you were not supposed to leave your dog alone if you left but she did several times.

Amazingly clean.The staff was awesome and so helpful I will be staying there from now on when I'm in morganton

Very clean.

Breakfast was only until 9. This was a bit disappointing considering checkout was 11. I went at 8:50 and there were no eggs left and very picked over. I think 10 o 1030 would make more sense.

Desk staff were polite. Indoor pool and location were a plus.

The breakfast left a little to be desired.

We stayed there due to no power or water at our home after Helene. They were great to us.

No complaints.

Great air circulation/air conditioning in room with refrigerator, microwave, and plenty of towels. Adequate complimentary breakfast.

Coffee maker in room. I think power cycle made it turn on. Strangest thing.

The breakfast was adequate and the location was convenient to my assigned work place.
