The personable and friendly staff at this location is something I am never going to forget. I enjoyed the cleanliness of my room and the little things such as an ice machine that actually works (10 out of 10 times!) The beds are also an experience I will soon not forget, so so soooo comfortable. Thank you CHOICE Hotels, also- check into their Privileges Rewards Program, your earned points = Free Nights. Some other guests getting rowdy and loud right outside my room door. Kind of frustrating, but once the front desk was informed, it seemed to subside.

It was private and quiet. The staff was VERY friendly and accommodating. Staff gave me extra blanket. When I made the reservation the person got my name wrong. The staff, although it took a while, found the mistake and we were able to get our rooms.

There was a leak under the sink. I forgot to tell the staff about it. The toilet would run when we didn't plush it. The door didn't seal and water came in when it rained.

The location was excellent. Everything is close by. Breakfast was good. Breakfast area was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Very helpful and satisfied with our stay.

The room door was a little hard to open. It had to be pushed open by my husband everytime we entered the room.

I paid a cash deposit and was charge a deposit on my card also and now have to wait 3 to 5 days to refunded

Everything has been a good stay. Broderick presented very good customer service and hospitality while assisting me throughout this process.

Nice and quiet. Easy parking. TV did not work manager asked if I wanted to move to another room. I declined. Next morning they brought a brand new tv and set it up. Quick and friendly worker.

No breakfast nor coffee in lobby. Was under renovation. Shower head was broken had problems showering.

I really loved the location. Staff was great. They always responded in a timely manner to any request given.

I feel some of the rooms do need a little work because I did switch rooms during the duration of our stay. Maintenance did come tackle some request.

The location was very good. Located in a great area with restaurants, shops and nice area for those concerned with people around.

For the price, nothing could have been better. Excellent value for the money.
