The room itself was cute, seemed clean, and well-stocked. The noise sensor and audio recording capabilities freaked me out. However, everything else was wonderful. The only appliances I used were the washing machine and the dryer, so I can't speak to the quality of anything else. However, everything I used was in good working order.

Kasa sent so many repetitive and useless e-mails that I missed the entry instructions. Believe me, you do not want to miss the entry instructions. Finding my way to the entrance and finding my room was a nightmare. Had the elevator been working and doors leading to rooms not been labeled, "fire door do not open;" getting to my room would have been significantly better. Also, parking, finding my room, getting the parking stuff, returning to my car, driving up to my floor and going back to my room was such a drawn-out process.

Parking, getting tag from room, and re-parking when checking in was cumbersome. Having to get the parking tag from the car and returning it to the room when checking out was a bit of a pain. I understand with digital check-in and gated parking options are limited.

The apartment was comfy, beautiful and quiet. I felt like I was at home. I had supplies in the kitchen and bathroom to be carefree for 5 days.

I was struggling to get into the apartment from the parking 😥 the second thing, I didn't like how my sheets smelled. At my bath time, I spilled water everywhere, because the shower curtain was very short.

Absolutely everything, but specially the costumer service. Absolutely wow they were incredibly kind and helpful and /so/ patient with me. I cannot stress enough what a great place it is, perfect commodities and everything was wonderful for me. I legit want to go back just for the facilities.

The location was excellent as our main purpose for the visit was to watch Wrestlemania at the AT&T stadium (which was only a 5 minute drive away) and the room was very clean and comfortable.

We were informed that the pool was closed and as such we didn’t use it for almost our entire stay, until we noticed on the last day that people were using it, so we felt that we missed out on this.

Very clean and kitchen was very nicely stocked with utensils, cookware and plate ware. Extra touches like the provided toiletries, dish soap and laundry soap were great. we didn’t have to do laundry but it is so rare to have those items provided.

recommend adding a flat flipping spatula as well as a kitchen scissors. The layout of the building is confusing at first.

Very spacious, beautiful and comfortable apartment. All of our needs were anticipated and met. Excellent location. Good value.

Inside the apartment was clean, but outside in the hallways, elevator, parking garage and sidewalk were very unkempt. The gate to the garage was broken and someone kept propping open the doors to one of the lower floors.

I have never been in a property quite like this. I loved it! We were so close to AT&T Stadium and were able to walk to the football game and to restaurants. Our check-in instructions were very thorough and the pictures were a huge plus. Everything was well explained, the apartment was clean and well-stocked, and the entire process was smooth. I felt that we got a great value for the money spent. I would return again!!

Smaller sets of keys to return back to the property. The large lanyards were a lot to keep track of, especially at the football game.

This cozy modern getaway is spacious and comfy. Great view of downtown from the balcony. In walking distance to several local hotspots, including The Cowboys Stadium. The self check in and out was easy. Any and all of our questions were answered immediately.

No complaints here. We were pleased with everything!

Love this place room was amazing! Check in process was a bit complicated . Lobby floors needed cleaning and did not match up and can make you worried about what to expect ! Once I got all settled I will definitely be back . Love the security and can’t wait to pass the referrals on.
